Wanted a pair of DPS Pagoda Tour 112 178cm, Amanda contacted DPS and acquired a pair for me. The catch was these where special edition skis from the DPS dreamtime summer special and not readily available the Revelstoke store. She made it happen, thanks Amanda.

Haven't been to this store in person, as I live in Montreal, but I order many Snow Peak items from here online. They have one of the largest selection of Snow Peak merchandise outside of Japan. I've bought over a dozen Snow Peak titanium mugs and cutlery for hiking and everyday use. The prices are very reasonable, and the customer service is friendly and attentive. Look forward to one day coming over in person.

Very very nice staff members.I’m from Vancouver and I have been looking for a specific jacket and pant for a long time, couldn’t find any all around the world, I told the reception lady to inform me when VPO gets restock, she really call me back for telling me that they have restock in the next year. And I get the jacket that I want.1000% satisfaction to the staffs.:)….

A great chain of outdoor retail stores. They've got a well catered selection of mid to top brands in most mountain sports. Well stocked and the staff are knowledgeable about the products! Prices seem comparable to most rec stores in bigger cities, so that helps. Definitely a good spot to stop for advice and any gear deficiencies before you got the trailhead!
