Very bad experience ever, never happened before, got a dress on 4th and went to return on 9th, because it doesn’t matches to our colour theme, person named Irene i think, was soo rude to us, keep on saying that you worn this dress, dress was with tags, unworn , unopened from the bag, it was as it is as i got packaged from them. She said i am on this business since 10 years, and rejected the refund, it was just 5 days. Really very bad service will never go to this location again. If you think you could gift someone from here, never do that because they will not allow you to return or exchange.

Best shopping experience ever...Here's my story. I went to Penningtons, explained to the woman that my son was getting married the next day and I had nothing to wear, she said let me answer that phone and I'll be right back. She didn't come back, so I left.I went to Laura Plus in Limeridge Mall, explained my situation to the wonderful saleswoman who was helping me. Her name was Zina, thank you Zina! Before I knew it, I was in a change room with six outfits to try on. In no time at all, I had picked my outfit for the wedding and then it was my mother's turn. Another thank you to Zina, my mother loved her top and jacket that you helped her pick out! We felt amazing and we know we looked fantastic! I almost felt like doing a Pretty Woman and going back to Penningtons and thanking them for not serving me, I know I would have just settled rather than finding something that made me feel like my outfit from Laura's did!!Zina, thank you again, you made the day amazing!!

This store has alot of lovely clothes but if their is no sale a little to expensive.

Sales ladies were wonderful...very eager to please. Not just the the lady who was serving us, but cohorts as well. Very happy with service. That's what it's all about!

I went into the store an hour before closing looking for a birthday dress, and found Caroline. One of the best retail employee I’ve ever had the chance to run into. She was super friendly and approachable, made the whole searching process easier, and ultimately helped me find a beautiful dress. Thank you so much Caroline!

I can't say enough about the manager and employees of this store! We bought my daughter's graduation dress last spring and they were phenomenal!! They allowed her to try on multiple dresses, take her time, gave her feedback and after finally purchasing one, we discovered two friends had bought the same dress! They were so understanding about returning it, ordered in a new dress and never once made us feel like it was any kind of bother. We had also browsed at their St. Catharines and Burlington locations and had extremely positive experiences there as well! Wonderful customer service!!

I was shopping today for an outfit for my daughters upcoming wedding. Plus size shopping has never been a great experience for me, but today the staff at Laura Plus at Lime Ridge Mall changed all that!Zeinab was extremely helpful, and helped me find a perfect outfit. She brought an endless number of suggestions for me to try on, and showed me things I would never have picked by my self. Clearly a person who enjoys her job! I provided the same feedback to the store Manager and she was very friendly as well, and acknowledged her staff for doing a great job. Thank you again Laura Plus!!

I went in to look for a birthday outfit today and had a great experience with Terry! She was very helpful and so friendly and approachable, helped me with a dressing room and everything.Even though I didn't end up going back for the dress I'd tried on, I had such a positive experience because of all the help from Terry. If you're looking for a prom dress, or any outfit you'll be in good hands if you get to meet her!
