Western Union Agent Location

An awful place. Can I please vote this place NEGATIVE stars!!? First, they have to create ‘an account’ for merely picking money. Not to mention - if you have a foreign name (Arabic in my case), they will “FLAG” your account as they creat one. Next time, I will take my business to a place where they don’t find my name a ‘THREAT.’ Awful.

Withheld my cash transfer, even though I had all the details - cashier was rude and couldn't explain themselves. When asked to escalate the situation to management they refused.The cash transfer was actually my birthday gift from my Mother back in Ireland, thanks for turning a gift into a negative situation.Cashier failed to even say hello when I approached simply saying name" whilst looking away from me and busy with something else.#WesternUnion"

Very good experience today after 5 months of waitting to get my money from WU, I found this Money Mart location on Younger Street. A helpful staff was welcoming, efficient and resolved my concern in less than 5 minutes. Koodos to your team and the gentleman who was on duty this Sunday evening August 8th 2021! I am relieved now but I suggest WU review the practices especially in terms of money receiving?

Visited WU today and the experience with the representative behind the counter '' Chienne '' I believe is what her name was. Sorry if I misspelled it - She was very welcoming and made by day by greeting me very politely & asking me about the Covid scene and also asked about how was everyone I knew in relation to the virus. She did promptly do, what she had to get done to process my transaction, while she continued to politely make conversation. A great customer service from her end and well deserved appreciation should be called out for her excellent service. I wish more people are like her and have a pleasant personality and approach to good customer service

Been receiving money already twice via western union on this branch and I have no problem with it. Just need to inform them by call if you plan to receive money over $1000. Good service I can say.

Let me start by saying that 1 star is still TOO MUCH for this Western union location and I’m only able to post by rating them.HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEHad to return to the Western Union 3 times because of the front desk personnel.Upon reaching the 3rd time I was told she was on lunch and only that specific person can attend to me .There is NO VISIBLE SIGN indicating a person is on lunch nor was I able to get a definitive time frame for this lunch period.Furthermore, I was met with the most inhospitable attitude by all workers who I have interacted with on this day and previous occasions.Worst experience at an establishment and I can say with certainty that I WILL NEVER use Western Union again.

Awesome place to receive and send money. I went to different westerns union around Toronto and this is the best one so far. The lady Mae was really kind and she did the process fast and nicely. I’m sure to come back there.

I had the worst experience with the most disrespectful clerk. He talked down to me as if my documentation was useless when he used it to complete the transaction anyways, in the SLOWEST way possible by the way. After I realized he could do what was asked of him without my passport, which he INSISTED was necessary at the beginning, I kept quite and realized he’s just unhappy with his situation. Get him out of there and do him a favor, and to all future clients.

Excellent and fast service, really recommend the place, they are very kind.
