Stationnement douteux, essentiellement à cause de la faune locale (robineux, désœuvrés...) ; j'ai retrouvé des mégots sur le toit de ma voiture. Les camions de remorquage passent aussi très souvent. Le stationnement de la grande bibliothèque est un bien meilleur choix.

Was asked to pay $35 for the night. They charge whatever rate they want. You don't want to park here. There's a garage parking closeby.

我们订了M Montreal ，车位很少只能停在旅店对面的室外停车场，一晚收费35加币。我们计划停两天，第一晚车子就被砸了玻璃，被偷了两副墨镜和其他东西。因为后面有半个月的旅行行程，情绪真的非常受影响。又在圣湿洗约翰节，整个魁省在休假，等警察到现场等了一个半小时，车玻璃也找不到地方安装，当天的美术馆行程也被耽误。第二个晚上我们把车停到了place dupuis，是商场的地下停车场，24小时收费23加币，走到旅店也只要2分钟，很推荐大家停去室内停车场比较安全。这个室外停车场恐怕白天停几个小时没有问题，千万别过夜。后来老板退回了第二天的停车费。

I parked my car in this parking lot over night and in the morning I found the door glass smashed and although they say there are surveillance cameras when the police came the officer told me that it doesn't cover the whole parking. The same happened with another car that was parking beside mine.

I asked the owner for a 3 day pass. Made me pay 25$ for it. Woke up the next morning with a parking ticket saying the vehicle was not authorized on the private property. Don't trust the owner he's a lier. If you need to pay for the parking use the parking machine

There's no reason to put up with the terrible and inconsistent management with this lot. Park at the library or Place Dupuis where 24hr parking is less than 1 hour at this lot which may tow/ticket you anyway.

Horrible service, no talent for managing a parking, disgusting crack heads and homeless people drinking and smoking next to the cars, and they close a 5pm... 5PM!!!! That's when people usually finish working!!! What the hell!!!I was going to take this guy's parking who was leaving, so I could keep my keys, and out of nowhere, the parking guy just drove another into that spot... He already had the keys to this car, it would've make soooo much more sense to let me keep my keys, but no... He had to decide and he had to force me to get out of a full day meeting to go get my key before 5pm.Go the BAnQ (national archives library). So much better and safer parking.

Can't park for longer than 8-12 hours at a time (either ending at midnight or 6am). They do this so you have to move your car at a super inconvenient hour. The car lot banks on people forgetting to move their car so they can tow them at 6:05am.Avoid if you can help it

Lamentable! Le responsable a doublé le prix en voyant qu’on était des touristes. En voulant s’en aller, on s’est rendu compte qu’il entassait les voitures les unes sur les autres et qu’on ne pouvait pas sortir. Il propose pas de nous aider, super désagréable, à deux doigts de nous insulter! Passez votre chemin, il y a un parking pas mal et moins cher près de la grande bibliothèque.
