I drove through for a quick external wash. Payment is straightforward and they now have tap. I thought that $11.5 is too much for the lowest tier cleaning but already promised my partner so I went ahead.When I entered, the person guiding me was very helpful and friendly and mentioned that they have a problem so a small bottom part of the car might not be cleaned properly. I was surprised that I was notified about that after I paid but he assured me that this is a minor issue. Take a look at the pictures and see for yourself… these are pictures taken AFTER the $11.5 wash. I was disappointed with the results.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE OF A CARWASHThis carwash is beyond terrible - it doesn't even deserve a single star.The payment screen is an absolute disaster - I tried to pay for the service and ended up with a useless gold token. I asked the attendant for help, but he completely ignored me. Their customer service is nonexistent.The carwash fails miserably at cleaning your car - they conveniently exclude dead bugs and other stubborn stains from their cleaning process. So essentially, you have to bring a spotless car to this pathetic excuse for a carwash, only to have it re-cleaned at an additional cost.I will never set foot in that place again, and I wouldn't wish this atrocious carwash on my worst enemy. Save yourself the trouble and avoid it at all costs.

Used their service about 6 times now. I don’t know why I kept going back as they never truly got the car clean. Lots of spots missed. Went back for the last time today as my brand new car as a BUNCH of scratches on it. From the hood, to the roof, to the trunk.Should be able to get them out with a buffer but it’s still extremely annoying and a hassle. Gonna stick with the ol hose and brush from now on.

Fast and easy car wash.Easily accessible off Terminalave. 2 entry lanes with drive through pay stations.The line moves quickly. Paid $25 for higher level of ash with an extra soak. Lower price options available.

If I'm the one gullible enough to pay SEVENTEEN DOLLARS for a car wash, then at the very least, I expect said car wash to be able to remove the dirt from my car... I wish I'd looked at most of the other reviews before I went. Sounds like there's no point in contacting them since they don't offer rewashes or refunds". Clearly they want your money and couldn't care less about loyalty."

I work here so it's a great place to get your car washed and also vacuumed. Open 24/7. Vacuums run by tokens that you can get at the carwash late at night by a machine that is located outside the building and during the day you can get the tokens inside Storguard at the Main Entrance. It's all automated(carwash) so come check it out!!I see people giving bad reviews but think about this for a minute... You are getting a car washed in a matter of 2-3mins. It's a quick wash not meant to make it showroom ready after you driven your vehicle for a month without washing. But I heard smart suggestions maybe consider giving the worse spots a spray with a cleaner at home or hose it down then drive thru. We just put new brushes in before weekend so that's great news!!

Not comparable with hand wash but compared to gas stations car wash stations, I’d say this is the best. However you have to be realistic of your expectations. If you go here with a really filthy car coming back from a road trip, don’t expect your car will be cleaned as new. I believe this is good for a car that has some usual everyday accumulation of city dirtiness. I always go here with my SUV and although I still have to manually wipe a few sections of my car after the wash, I would say I’m always been contented with the results.

quick and easy. You pay drive to the front and the attendant guides you through. The wash is okay it didn't clean everything all the way and the the rinsing could use more water, as I still had soap suds on the car.

The worst service of car wash. They can wash because they said is dirty. No even to much, I waste one hour try to refound the money, one hour on line. Dont waste your time,

The current manager, Jacob, was aggressive and dismissive to me when we came out of the car wash with a broken rear wiper blade. The blade was hanging off of the car (see picture) with the plastic under the cover severely cracked. Jacob told me that there was no way they were going to cover the damage, even before we had explored what actually happened. He went down a long rant about how old my wiper blade clearly was and that the company doesn't cover damage to old wiper blades. He seemed very defensive immediately, and I felt like my concerns were continually being dismissed and the conversation rerouted to put the blame on the age of my wiper blade. If I wanted to say anything at all I literally had to interrupt him mid-stream. Regardless of how I feel about company's policy around not covering certain damages, the biggest problem with this interaction was trying to communicate with Jacob.I asked (many times) to see the video footage to confirm whether or not a protective bag had been placed on the bag, and to try to ascertain how the damage happened. Jacob eventually agreed to get the footage, which he said he was doing as an extra courtesy" as the footage was there to protect the company
