I’m going for 2 stars and not one because the poor girl manager there seemed to be the only person who knew what she was doing and was super understanding 7 things missing from 2 orders. 4 happy meals and 3 adult meals. 2-3 people behind the counter seemed to be just waiting for something to do or just call out an order number. This was at 1:30 pm on a Wednesday. Not in a rush time.

They made us pay twice for hot chocolate and none of the machines print a receipt when you buy a drink with them, so they have no proof of your order and decide not to serve you and instead make you buy another order, unless you want to leave empty-handed. We bought it twice anyways not to make a show but the fact they would charge us twice for their own malfunction instead of maybe letting one go or atleast apologizing, as they made us wait a good 10 extra minutes to look for a hot chocolate receipt (which their malfunctionning machine didn't find) wasn't respectful. The root beer tasted like water.

Considering the location this McDs attracts a lot of school kids so best avoid lunch and afterschool hours if possible. The take out is steady as it never seems to stop and the service is quick and easy if you're not using the 2 self-service terminals. Plenty of natural lighting.They have a place to sit outdoors but no kids playground.

McDo is McDo, you know what to expect when you go to this chain restaurant. But That location is horrible time speaking and accuracy of the order. You can wait 15 min in drive thru even when it’s not rush hour.. i tried ordering inside.. same issue..Don’t go there if you’re late or in a rush.. be advised!

Ordered a Junior chicken with bacon tomatoes, the lady told me to wait 5mins because the chicken was cooking. Came back 10 mins later with the order so I left and drove for 5 mins to realize there was NO chicken in the sandwich. Came back to the store to ask questions, the two girls in there decided to hide and acted like there was no one in there. I knocked at the window and they ignored me. Did it on purpose and a total lack of consideration. Total unprofessionalism. You shouldn’t work there if you hate your job.

There can not be a more disappointing experience with drive in, wait time over 50 minutes. I would prefer burning in hell than being stuck in that traffic. Stay away unless you have saintly capacity of Infinite patience.

Absolutely horrible customer service!! They got my order wrong so the manager Jean- Pierre came to see me at the drive-thru window (8:30am), I was very polite and said good morning and he completely dismissed me, smirked in my face! I then went inside to talk to him. He was extremely immature, had a complete lack of professionalism! Poor attitude and completely incompetent!! No wonder his employees have bad customer service and look completely miserable!! Jean-Pierre needs to re-evaluate himself and probably should take courses on customer service.. actually, maybe he should just find work elsewhere!!!

To the owner: Your staff has attitude problem (especially the personal who attended my drive thru today at 8:20pm (03/17)- women with curly hair).And kindly fix your micro phone , I’m not sure whether they are not working or your staff doesn’t want to work.Also if possible please hire staff who can speak 5% english(not asking for much).We tried speaking French and I strongly feel they didn’t understand that aswell.In the end there is no point of having a business if it doesn’t run right?

Very understaffed. It took 10 minutes to finish my order and it's was the only person. The place is dark and no where to sit. They have a drive through which is full in the morning, if you are in a hurry, it's not the best place for you

Place is dirty and filthy. Even though it's one of the newer McDonald's, chairs are broken, leatherette covers are ripped, tables are chipped. The staff is really loud, not because they're busy and talking work but because they're just having conversations and laughing out loud. If you order from the machine, don't expect a receipt, as they're always out of paper. If you order from the machine and want to pay cash, don't bother... You'll be asked to go to the counter and she'll start a new order since she doesn't know how to get back to the order you've made". The soda fountain is sticky and dirty. It's frustrating to have to wait a full 6 minutes to PLACE your order because the cashier is making a garbage run while you see 7 staff members laughing and have fun in the kitchen while standing around. A total lack of care from the staff AND management for letting this go on for far too long.Update from April 7th 2019
