Cannot say enough good things about this company and Mike! He just completed our second home inspection in three years and I would never book or recommend anyone else! Super knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and calm ...we just felt so safe in his hands and know the purchase we made is the right one.Outside of the super detailed report he gives you, you will also gain such valuable knowledge about the home you are buying and he will break it down for you in a way a non handy millenial like myself will get! Knowledgeable and professional. Mike answered all of our questions and was very thorough with the inspection, would recommend.

Incompetent, at best. As the seller in a real estate deal, I have to say this guy ruined the purchase for both sides. He literally created issues to sour the deal. Said our top-of-the-line boiler needed replacement, that our air conditioner didn't work (probably my fault, I left the cover on, breaker off, air handler off, and thermostat off, as it is 15° outside), said our newly repaired chimney was due for replacement, our newly WETT certified fireplace was not compliant, left our dishwasher full of water so it leaked on our kitchen floor, pointed out potential foundation issues which a professional foundation company disputed in writing the next day, but worst of all, left the buyer alone in our home for almost 10 minutes while he was outside on the phone (we have security cameras, and I'm a curious bugger). Needless to say, we are pretty disgusted by these events.
