My preference is to rate this business with ZERO Star, as they have no customer service nor the owner know how to resolve issues. I bought 2 fireplaces and had them to install. These guys have no experience in installing he fireplaces. Both of the fireplaces are sitting too much behind the drywall and you can see the gaps between the tiles to the fireplaces. I contacted the owner on multiple times via phone calls and text messages, but he is not responding to me, because he got paid for and now there is no incentive for him to complete is job and fix the issues. please beware and don't ever fall in the same cracks I am in.
