Anyone who gave this place 5 stars for customer service must be a fake review written by their friends. The woman at the cash was sooooo incredibly rude. She was too busy chatting with her friends at the cash to even notice I was there until I very politely said hello. She didn't even glance at me, took my item, rang up the item and said the price, still just chatting with her friends. When I tried to pay, her friends wouldn't move out of the way for me to use the machine. When I finally managed to pay, she just handed me the bag, with no thank you" or "goodbye"

Ordered a mirror on-line, when they had a few left, and then got an email saying out of stock.So ordered another mirror and got an email saying also out of stock; within minutes from placing the orderWhat’s with this company?!Get your inventory correct-first and last time I will order here.

I recommend this company. Like everybody else I tried all the well known companies before I click quisinet. Their web side was very easy to use and quality of there products were obvious . I didn’t have thousands of product to choose from. It took me 5 minutes to choose what I needed. On top of that I got phone call about my order next day and they suggested matching napkin colour for my set. The one I have chosen was not good choice. And next day I received my order. I am very happy what I received .Quality of product and colour combinations was perfect. Best experience I had so far from online shopping.

I was charged twice because of their mistake with the debit terminal. I went in person and was told that it was not their fault and there was nothing that they could do. I contacted online complaints and they never responded. I paid 240$ for three tupperware containers! They do not care about their customers at all, I will never go back and will tell everyone about how I was treated, buyer beware!!
