If I can go it 0 star I would. We had no power because of the ice storm. We waited 45Minutes to pass through the drive through. We were 1 car out and they came and closed the drive through. The worker said I can go in to order. I just wanted COFFEE and a MUFFIN. No one was getting served so I asked the manager if I can just get some coffee and a muffin and he said yes. No one was getting served. I waited 15 more minutes until a worker came an announced the kitchen as closed. I told her the manager said I can get some coffee and a muffin. The fresh muffins and freshly brewed coffee was right there in front of me and they refused to sell it to me. So idiotic!

Order BLT, 30 min later i receive nothing and request a refund. They told me to wait. 10 min later i ask again. They place the order again. 5min lady asks me again my order and tells me its coming. Left 45 min later with no food and no refund. They took my 8$ and gave me nothing. Never coming back here again.

I find the place really changed but not for the better... They have 2 drive throughs now and I went not long ago at 11:40 pm and got my order at 12:20 Am... That's unacceptable. The two drive throughs is ridiculous because one lane always moves unfairly faster than the other one. Then by the time I got my fries they were cold.

I ordered a mcdouble trio and 2 mcdoubles plus a junior. I trusted them and had not checked the bag. When i got home and proceeded to verify that everything was there I noticed that the worker had put almost no fries and an empty carton. Its quite disrespectful considering a company that makes so much money daily still cheaps out their customers. A real shame. Mcdonnies do better

It's been a very long time since I have been impressed by McDonald's! Seriously though, I visited Monday June 12th at noon and the service, food and cleanliness of the place was excellent. Thank you !!!

Then I ordered cold coffee and that too was served with very little ice normally its not with that little ice if it was a warm beverage the ice melted in 5 minutes and I was drinking warm instead of cold coffee bad experience.

It’s nice that the store got a new revamp looks good, but it’s not the look of the store that was the problem. It’s unfortunate ,with such a great location that this store cannot maintain the food quality. Paid for a double big mac and im missing half the sandwich. Food is not cheap,Very Disappointing.——*****UPDATE***** Extremely disappointed with my visit today (3 Feb 2023) I placed a mobile order at 8:17am… I arrived at this restaurant (Curé-Labelle & Notre-Dame) for a drive-thru pickup that was charged to my card at 8:29am. The woman at the window handed me my 2 coffees and told me to park on the side and wait because my order wasn’t ready. After 20 minutes waiting (watching other cars behind me get their orders), a young man brings 3 bags to my car... unfortunately none of them were my order. At this point I am very frustrated because I have a 6 month old in the car with me on the coldest day of the year and now I need to go inside after waiting 30min for a simple breakfast meal. So I parked my car and went inside. Once inside the issue was obvious to me… I saw the floor manager just standing around doing nothing to help the staff and ignoring the other customers waiting. As I approached her to tell her my issue, she immediately dismissed me and went to get the young lady behind the counter who is expediting the orders. This young lady was very apologetic, in tears and placed my order again… Now I’m waiting inside for my order (45min after arriving at the restaurant), there are more drive-thru customers coming inside now and the manager in the pin stripe shirt just stood there on the floor watching. I don’t understand how a manager can stand their watching her staff fail, disrespectful to customers, criticizing them and not even working at the cash or helping the kitchen staff with the orders. This was a horrible experience that I will never forget and has traumatized me as I am still in shock. I strongly recommend a review of this restaurant’s management. Regardless this will not be my problem in the future as I will NOT be returning here and will tell everyone I know to avoid this restaurant… I will drive further to go to another restaurant as it will still be faster in the end.*****GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! AVOID THIS RESTAURANT*****

Great experience with Mcdo Curé-Labelle. Clean, well cooked, juicy. Seriously very impressed by the quality compared to other McDonald's. Go look at my pics, you will be hungry very quickly. It is a no brainer, a good fast-food burger. You cannot go wrong with this staples of the burger. I recommend this franchise located at Cure Labelle Laval.
