Absolute Condos alias Merlin Monroe.The succeeding name world over knows no introduction.Enroute Oakville from Etobicoke, shown this renowned building built in loving memory of this famed actress and world figure that ensembles the building that stand now at this place.So mesmerising was the view, by the time I could rewind those unforgettable scene, the replica of that moment was a thing of past.Hope to recapture that moment soon sometime again while cruising on that road ie ON 403. Pro:Great location.Closer to everything that you might need.Good scenery all around.Good mix of people from all around the worldCon:Parking is a jokeGetting delivery can be challenging due to elevator booking. Some just won't deliver to this condo area.Marijuana smell in some floors is absolutely horrible.

NEW MANAGMENT IS GOOD , building is clean, safe and quiet ( 60 Absolute , merilyn tower) . Some of the comments regarding plumbing issues, those have been resolved years ago. Parking is standard and comfortable to maneuver. Please be aware there is many buildings in Absolute complex ( some older and some new , so comments on this page don't apply to each building). 60 absolute is clean, safe and the condos have an excellent sound barrier. We have rented our condo over the last decade to couples with and without kids.They absolutely adored the place and the area. Two couples moved because of job and country relocation, and they said if it wasnt for that they would never leave ! The views are spectacular ( panoramic) and layouts unique. No other building like this

Great building to live in. The corporation is really well run and responsive to any issues that might arise. They take good care of all the common elements. I’ve been er seen any pest in my 2 years here. One thing I’m not a fan of is the slow-opening garage door and the parking situation in general - very narrow and most drivers are pretty reckless and inconsiderate.

70 , 80 and 90 absolute are the older towers their condos ( apartments ) are mostly spacious with great layout but the problem is the plumbing system they used when building these condos will require an upgrade at some point so this might cost home owners ! the new towers 50 & 60 absolute (twisted towers) they look beautiful on the outside but unfortunately most of their units have very bad layout and the maintenance fees + property taxes are extremely high comparing to other towers in the same area !! in general living in this compound is convenient ad it's steps away from the square one shopping centre and all residents have access to 30,000 sq.ft of amenities ..

ConsThis is a beautiful condo. However, the management is very snobbish. The elevator is always broken. The parking lot is very slow to go in and out. I lived here for a year and there wasn’t a day when I didn’t find any issues with the building or the rush at the parking. Because the rooms are asymmetrical, you cannot place your furniture perfectly.The view is fantastic and the rooms are very bright. It’s great if you are a bachelor trying to impress women. I personally had success with that every time. So, maybe that’s why I stayed. Then I grew out of it. Decided I needed something a bit more practical.

Think Mississauga! Think Absolute!The towers have become a symbol of Mississauga. Also known as the Marilyn Monroe Towers, they sit in the heart of the city. A spectacle to see and something which is really very hard to miss.

I visited my friend here and he doesn't like how Management treats him, also the parking lot is trash you will almost always crash your car in it. Security is super chill which is not a good thing

This a big attractive apartment. It's very famous located in Mississauga near Square one Mall. This beautiful landmark also known as Marilyn Monroe Towers. It's looks amazing and very fascinating. It's easily visible while driving. I just love it❣️

Nice buildings and definitely very attractive from outside. But interior floor plans are terrible and designers of this building did not really think this through. But the views are definitely breathtaking!
