Took incredible care and detail! Installed in just over an hour - and their Dog Layla is the BEST ! The other hitch place in London did not even bother to call me back ! I got booked in within 24 hours and they even helped me find another spare tire for my long trip west - don’t go anywhere else !

Horrible. Extremely unprofessional people. Called after hours and left detailed message. Never received a call back. 2 days later called them again and asked them if they were still in business because I never received a call back, I got sarcastic Oh well

The place is a bit hard to find as it’s tukced away behind Mattress Depot. Don was absolutely fantastic. Finished our hitch in under 30 min and looked great. Also took the time to help us out the bike rack on since and secured it for us. Also the best price on the market compared to the trailer hitch center and uhaul. Would definitely recommend anyone to him.

Great service! Don was the only one around that had knowledge and experience working on my boat trailer (with surge brakes). Even the local boat dealer and trailer dealers (which the boat dealer recommended) were were not interested in helping. Don was able to get the parts quickly and the job was done well and efficiently. He was organized, fair, knowledgeable, communicated fast and a pleasure to deal with!

The guys here were very friendly. Turn around time was very fast for my vehicle and hitch.I had a Draw-Tite class III hitch installed into my 2015 Ford Escape.Fit and finish are in the pics that I've posted. It looks great!

I have been dealing with Don at The Trailer Doctor for years. He has built numerous custom trailers, rebuilt trailers, yearly safety, custom welding and hitches, right down to truck accessories. Don always does a great job and is very fair with his pricing. I would recommend anyone looking for any of the products or services that I have mentioned to go see Don at The Trailer Doctor.

Inherited a hitch, bought parts, but was concerned it was all safe. The Trailer Doctor and his side kicks looked at everything, answered a ton of my questions and even told me info about my equipment. ALL FREE OF CHARGE. I bought nothing from them. I was shopping around for a trailer hitch for my Impreza, and gave them a ring. The gentleman was able to order the item from Montreal and he installed my hitch 30 minutes after he received the delivery. It was a pleasant treat watching and asking him questions about maintaining and servicing a trailer. They went above and beyond in getting the job done on my off day within 2 hours. He also installed a trailer lights for me and tested them before I made payment.The price point is unbeatable, the service was excellent, and the wait time was reasonable compared to the average wait times these days.
