Frey's Plumbing Works

Excellent service. Got them to come down to see some loose plumbing and they came on time and offered excellent service. Gave me all the information needed to add a cheater vent myself so it wouldn't cost me a fortune, and secured the pipe. They also gave me information on how to fix a concern I had on the basement and offered to come back and do it if I didn't feel confident enough doing it myself. They do not oversell their services and actually try to save you money by still doing things correctly.

Professional, friendly, extra-mile service, the right products all combine to create a memorable experience. I'd have no problem recommending Frey's.

Extremely disappointed. They did work for me, no estimate or bill left. My address where they were sending the bills to is not my mailing address, therefore I didn't receive any bill until 2 years later when they called me.

Extremely disappointed by the service provided (or not provided) by Frey’s. Frey’s were recommended to myself and 6 other neighbors; we all required connection services from the main water line to our units. The initial visits by Frey’s took a little longer then we had hoped, but they were done and an estimate was promised. Then nothing??? I called Frey’s numerous times and left messages for our service contact. His response was very slow, but no estimate. A few weeks later I ran into him when he was marking where our water lines would need to go, he still had not provided an estimate??? I asked him for an estimate, he verbally gave me a dollar amount. A couple days later I sent him an email asking him to formally provide an estimate, and indicate exactly what work would be done. Well, never heard anything more??? Four months later, we finally have finished our project through someone else, no thanks to Frey’s.My career was in a service industry; and prompt, honest communication was always of prime importance. I found these traits were non-existent with Frey’s.

Ben replaced 2 faucets, 2 drains, and a sink that were old. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and transparent. He finished the job with no time wasted, and the price was reasonable. I was happy with the service, and would consider using their services again.

Quality of the their work is superior. Geoff and Scott are very capable and competent professionals who go out of their way to make sure you job is done right. You can't go wrong with these people.

Had an issue with my toilet a few months ago…it was clogged and there was a bit of backflow…it was not pretty. We tried fixing it ourselves, which made it worse. I called Freys and they had someone at my door within an hour. The service guy was very polite, clean and professional. Really appreciated how considerate he was of my home and he had our toilet fixed very quickly - total lifesaver.As he was leaving I mentioned my new shower head was leaking and asked if I should return it. He took his tools back up to the bathroom and fixed it for me for no charge. Really nice personal touch.

We have had Ben at our home several times to help us with various plumbing issues and he always shows up when he says he will, respects our home and treats us fairly. We will continue using Frey’s for as long as we need plumbers and highly recommend them to our friends!

My wife and I have been using Frey's for several years. We first hired them because of a leak with hot water tank. Since then they've installed our water softener and we used them to renovate our ensuite and guest bathrooms, both of which turned out amazing.They always make us feel comfortable beforehand, answer our questions, are prompt and professional. Prices are very reasonable too. I wish all the tradespeople I've dealt with over the years were like them. Frey's gets a well earned 5 stars!

I called Frey's and was directed to Gaudet plumbing for the work I needed. I got an appointment on the day I wanted, Scott was right on time, and worked non-stop to fix my variety of plumbing issues. I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge base and work ethic, and he did his best to complete all the work at a reasonable cost. These guys are my plumbers from now on!
