Stop in and try one of their sourdough breads. All are fantastically flavourful!I tried jalapeno/cheddar as well as rosemary/olive.I can't stop raving about this bakery! Haliburton is so fortunate to have this gem right downtown.Thank you ❤️ to all the talented volunteers that make SIRCH so uniquely special for our community!

Great food and training facility for our new chefsPortions are large and fresh and very tasty. Their patio is very nice.

The Sirch craft store was there but we enjoyed a lunch prepared by new chef trainees. This is a local community project open Wednesday to Saturday for lunch and a bakery on Saturday.
