Everyone is super friendly and down to earth. They have an amazing lineup of qualified coaches. The students are very technical, a true testament to the knowledge and technical ability here. Kids and adults classes for all levels in a safe and friendly environment. If you live in the area, do yourself a favor and take advantage of the free trial they offer!

If you want to learn proper technique from experienced fighters this is the spot. Ive been training at redemption for a few weeks now, and I have to say I'm honored to be training with these guys. There's an incredible amount of knowledge between the coaches and other experienced members ,who effectively pass it on to the students and new comers. The most positive and welcoming gym I've ever been to. This is the kind of gym that makes great fighters.

Hands down the best place to train in Bowmanville. I have watched my kid grow, transform and evolve into an incredible athlete and fighter in under two years. The drive and dedication the coaches have for their members is truly inspiring. I say members because it’s like a “family” we all cheer each other on. When we first entered redemption, Steve welcomed us with open arms and made us feel like we were already apart of the team. The trainers are knowledgeable, helpful, respectful and most importantly don't see this as a job. The trainers see this as a lifestyle and love sharing this lifestyle with you. The environment is loving, non judgemental and open minded. It's definitely the best gym I've been to. I highly recommend this gym or even trying it out for a week. You'll definitely fall in love with everything about it.

Steve and his crew are second to none. The knowledge, professionalism, and friendly attitude of the gym is a credit to the hard work that they’ve put in to build Redemption into what it is today. Steve is always there to answer questions and provide support to all his students, whether it is about Muay Thai or personal life. I live and train in Scarborough but occasionally make the long trip to Redemption to supplement my training. It's always worth it. This is an excellent place to train whether you're looking to learn the art of Thai boxing or if your goals are more fitness orientated.Try out a class, you won't regret it!

As a parent I am constantly impressed by the staff of Redmeption.The coaching is clear and concise and while it is taken very seriously they still manage to do it in a way where the students are having fun. Each coach teaches a little bit different and all have individual strengths but still work towards a clear team goal.On top of the first class technical coaching aspect what really separates Redemption is the culture that is created there.Children and teens are taught to be individuals who work as part of a bigger team. Younger students are rewarded for hard work and positive attitudes with patches to proudly display.The teen group become mentors for the younger students and by using the example of the coaches the focus is not just on Muay Thai but hard work, fitness , nutrition , positive lifestyle and achievement.This club has changed my sons life and I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone who wants to put their children into a place where they can thrive and have fun becoming their best.

I could not be any happier with Steve and the entire team at Redemption Muay Thai.The facility is clean, spacious and very welcoming. Growing up as a young teen, trying to find my way in the world. As a quiet and introverted kid, redemption brought me in with open arms and made me feel comfortable in their gym. I had tried a few gyms, and they all were good but I didn’t feel at home until I came here. Steve and the crew helped me gain confidence and helped me not just physically but mentally. I take the lessons they taught me and apply them in the real world. It’s always love with them!
