My Mother is a senior living in long-term care. Cliff did a quality/ excellent job with the assesment & providing dentures. It was wonderful to have the custom dentures for 'Mom' healthwise and for her personal beauty. We love seeing her smile again. Cliff and the team went above and beyond. Sandra did everything to make Mom feel comfortable and at ease in addition to her technical support. Teresa at the front desk was always warm and welcoming. There are so many challenges for a senior with dementia and I was glad we were able to do something for our Mother to support her quality of life.

I was sent to Nancy Tomkins for dental work. I was always very nervous when it came to anything involving my teeth. After my first appointment all the nervousness disappeared. Cliff and Sandra are just wonderful. They explained every step that was going to be done. Teresa has such a lovely personality and makes you feel right at home. Hunter is going to be a great addition to the business. They are #1 in my books

THE ENTIRE STAFF MAKE EVERY EFFORTIN MAKING YOU FEEL THAT YOU ARE THE CENTER OF ATTENTION WITH THE INDIVIDUAL CARE AND ATTENTION YOU RECEIVE . THE FOLLOW UP WAS ALSO EXCELLENT. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND NANCY & HER STAFF FOR ANY DENTAL PROCEDURES.

After looking at many places closer to home for some time and not being able to settle on one, my daughter decided to look outside of where I live and she found Nancy & Associates.  I immediately gravitated towards Nancy and her team after reading through her website and the many outstanding reviews.  My daughter called to initially book a consultation for me and right away she was very impressed with how empathetic, understanding and thorough Nancy was on the phone.  My daughter and I immediately knew that Nancy and her team were the ones to see regarding my ill-fitting and unnatural looking dentures.After my consultation I left feeling confident knowing that I was in good hands and that Nancy and Sandra would do whatever it took to create new dentures that would fit comfortably and that would allow me to finally feel confident and like myself again.  Nancy and Sandra put my anxieties at ease with their warm demeanor and kindness throughout the entire process.   I had stopped smiling at myself in the mirror and now with my new dentures, when I look in the mirror, I cannot stop smiling.  I feel youthful again and confident.  I am blown away with how well they fit and that I can eat all of my favourite foods again with ease.Nancy and Sandra truly changed my life.  They are warm, kind and talented at what they do.  They care about their clients and put pride into their work.  I highly recommend them and I am so grateful that I made the choice to see Nancy and Sandra.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

14 years ago my husband opted for implant retained dentures. Great success with the implants but a series of difficulties with the dentures. Then Nancy Tomkins was recommended to us by a local denturist. Best thing that ever happened! He finally has perfect fit and can eat everything again, plus a beautiful, happy smile! My mom and I had such a great experience with all the staff at Nancy Tomkins and Associates. From the receptionist to the denturist, we were treated professionally and with a lot of care. My mom's first language is not English so communicating with others can be difficult for her but Cliff the denturist was extremely patient with her. He worked with us until my mom felt comfortable with the fit of her new dentures. I highly recommend Nancy Tomkins and Associates.

Highest rating I can give!My experience with Nancy Tompkins was first rate.From the initial appointment, to receiving my Dentures took about a month, even during COVID. The office kept strict conditions to ensure safety and comfort of clients.The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable and made every effort to ensure I was informed of the process and comfortable. And they met target every time.My denture themselves are amazing - one fitting was all I needed after receiving them. The fit is perfect. They had me provide pictures of my own teeth and it unbelievable how much they resemble my natural teeth. It helped realign my jaw, that had been out of alignment due to my previous pair.I would also like to inform you that I have just eaten an apple. For the first time in years.Thank you all for your great work!
