After an approximately 15 year relationship with Lansdowne Auto I would never want to have my vehicle serviced anywhere else. Mike, Beth and all the staff have engendered absolute trust over the years. Honest, dependable and hard working people!

Timely service with reasonable price. I also appreciated the comments from the staff on the condition of my 2008 car which made me resolve to keep it a few more years.

I've been taking my vehicles and trailer to these folks for years and years.They've always been fair and upfront. Prices are reasonable too. They never go looking for work on my vehicles.I recommended them frequently!

Is there a rating lower than one ? Seriously ? I called to get some brake pads done generally i do all my own work but it's winter and im lazy right now . So since this place never seems too busy i gave them a call figured id get an oil change while i was there i was informed by whoever answered the phone that they dont install parts they dont supply really ? I guess its hard to put that big mark up on parts a customer brings in isnt it ? Plus i can guarantee the parts i have are better than anything they would supply. Really bad way to do business no wonder there never busy there. Thankfully there competition had no such qualms . I think these people failed business 101 . I would think twice about getting work down at this kind of shop they are obviously placing huge mark ups on there parts that is the only reason for them to outright refuse to install customer purchased parts. If you get work done here or any shop for that matter be smart call around see what the parts would cost if you bought them yourself call shur fit carquest etc then compare what they charge then ask why the huge mark up and remember if you are quoted $50 for a set of brake pads at say carquest the shop that is doing the work will get them cheaper say $35 or $40 there is ALWAYS a mark up on parts ask about it dont get robbed blind .

Great Staff and very friendly. As a young women, it is easy for an auto shop to try to take advantage of you. This shop never tries to upsell me, and has never overcharged or underperformed. There mechanics also took my car for a drive around the block when it was making a weird noise and told me it was nothing to worry about free of charge. Wonderful people and a reliable auto shop. Highly recommended.
