Very friendly staff. All items are laid out in a clean manner, and things are easy to find. From Laser Discs to Blu Rays, to various video game consoles, Willow Video has it all. Prices are very clearly displayed as well. An easy and pleasant shopping experience. No pressure from sales associates and they’re always there to help.

Found Jersey Devil and Heart of Darkness for the ps1 here, lots of great retro games I highly recommend checking them out staff is very friendly and helpful it's my number 1 go to place for games

Willow video is the place to go for retro games and consoles. I managed to get a gb player for GameCube, wavebird controller, gba sp 101, 3ds, and psp 3000 here, all in excellent condition. Plus, I picked up a bunch of gba, gamecube, vita, PlayStation 5, Xbox, and psp games too. Two games didn’t work properly and it was swapped no questions asked and one game I simply changed my mind on and they let me switch it. The customer service is excellent! They also pay cash for trade-ins. Check it out for yourself!!!

Big store with lots of selection! Good mix of used and new, and lots of cute merch. Nice to know there is still somewhere you can buy and rent DVD'S and Video Games. You have to sign up for an account to rent there but it's really easy
