The parking officers working at this location are absolutely terrible. I went in to get a better understanding of why I got a parking ticket , and got yelled at and insulted by a redneck “parking officer” who apparently was the one to give me the ticket. Apparently I am not allowed to go in and discuss my case? Nice. Parking downtown Brantford is impossible, no wonder the entire downtown core is falling apart.

Worst parking place in Brantford. I went to this place yo park car 7 to 8 times, each time I am disappointed. Ticket gates are not working everytime.

Absolutely useless given the hours of operation....... If some one blocks ur driveway after a certain hour. Hopefully there's no emergency that would impede ER people from getting in

I got a ticket down a side street by the hospital and the sign was covered with leaves you couldn't even see it. I think it is disgusting how they hand out tickets. The warden if u want to call him that was standing across the street talking to a resident there. He could gave easily said to ke uf u park there u will get a ticket. He ticketed me 3 minutes when I turned the corner. His to make Brantford a nice place to live. Dont think so. Hope u gave yourself a raise with my money.

I parked here late March 2020 and a sign said parking was free. Excellent parking structure, no frustrating damaging speed bumps, wide lanes and ramps, sloping decks and lots of spaces...as far as parking structures go it’s impressive.

The parking lot is designed well. There are 3 entrances by car and even more by pedestrian. Compliment with maze like experiences and a surprises. Not enough shrubs or natural green. Free parking Saturday and free first hour parking. Monthly passes available too.

Their parking enforcement Nazis harass everyone that visits downtown. They're the leading cause for people not using the shops and eateries. They're choking out small businesses and ticketing residents who live in the area. This company needs to be replaced.
