I came in to close my watch, owner was very different. I have a normal fossil watch. I just needed the case closed. Priced me to $20 for just to close a watch nothing else. No waterproof, no battery replacement or anything. Personally I’ve grown up near a reputable watch shop where the goal is to have a time peace where you can enjoy. He seemed only interested in a quick buck. Poor customer service. I would definitely stay away! Buyer beware

Excellent service and good price. Repaired my old watch over here after trying so many stores, got it done within an hour for relatively cheaper price than many stores.

Nick is amazing . Went to the Brentwood mall this morning and had my watch fixed he was so nice and he did it very quickly. I highly recommend to visit this place if you are in need to fix your watch. Also the prices are very reasonable:)

This was a very bad experience, I called in for a battery change for my watch I was told 15$ to 25$ once I got there he replaced it and I asked him to adjust the size he said Okey afterwards I asked him to size it to me and he said you don't need and rushed me and i didn't even got it to the size i wanted once we got to the payement he said 40$ I said why. He said I told you it's 10$ for adjustment which he never mentioned but it's 40$ so it's supposed to be 35$ which is 25$ plus 10$ and that doesn't equal 40$ does it!!!. In the end we got it to 30$ and when I came back next day to have it sized as I wanted it he denied and asked me to pay another 10$. All of this 30$ was overpriced for less than 10 minutes of work and I didn't even got what I wanted. Very sketchy person with no values nor business ethics. Never coming back.

Have had several mechanical and quartz watches serviced with Watch Gallery and never had any issues. I really enjoy the service and even talking/learning from the owner.

Went here for a battery on my watch, together with my sister who also needs a battery for her watch. It was 15 for her fossil watch, i guess hers is cheaper coz its like smaller. While i was charged 20 for my MK watch.

I visited watch gallery today for battery replacement of my watch. The owner was very polite and cooperative. He gave complete service at affordable rates and as a customer I would suggest you to visit there. Thankyou.!

Edit: AVOID this place!! When taken to an experienced watch repair shop, my watch was easily and perfectly done in less than 20 minutes. After this employee’s rude behaviour, commenting that I was surprised they had some good reviews is not foul language :) Absolutely right - no one deserves to have to deal with a ‘business’ like this!Employee was scrolling on their phone when I approached and took a bit to acknowledge me. Then told me my watch repair was too complicated for them, might take 3-4 HOURS so they were UNABLE TO TRY (clearly very busy scrolling Facebook)! This was a basic training watch with no more than timing capabilities. Employee was rude and barely gave back the watch when I tried to leave. Also continued to yell justifications across the mall as walked away, before promptly sitting down to scroll through their phone again…I would give 0 stars if I could.
