Nice ...but very expensive! Recently bought buckley's cough medicine 200ml was 16.49 and later went to shoppers and same item was 11.99. Noticed a lot of their products are way overpriced...take the extra 5 minutes and drive to shoppers.

The pharmacist was very kind and nice that explain things very well. But the lady who took my prescription while I had my two young children who have been sick for 3 days, was impatient and cold. Maybe she was having a bad day too. I can't help but think that maybe my rainbow hat in a Christian drug store had something to do with it. But maybe I'm just being judgmental.*****edit****I was personally called by the pharmacist today at the store. He apologize for the behavior of the clerk (sorry I can't remember her actual position within the pharmacy. I know it's much more important.) I'm very thankful for how kind and thoughtful they were to call and ask how I was. They also wanted to state that they have no judgement on whether I had a rainbow hat on or not. And they feel that God loves everyone regardless of who they are or what they believe. I'm actually quite blown away. Nice to know that I live near a Pharmacy that wants to do so much for their customers. Sorry I was being so presumptuous in my judgements.

I went to drop 2 A4 size envelop for regular mail, they said this is oversized and you need to send them as courier and charge $33 for 2. Then I went to shopper's Canada post and sent the same at $4 regular mail. They didn't say it's oversized.Very bad service and trying to overcharge.

Extremely disappointed, NEVER using Canada Post again, from this post office to customer service and ombudsman. Thanks a lot, lost $800!

Worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. Called in the morning to get my script filled come 3 hours later to pick it up and they hadn't even started filling it because they didn't have enough. So instead of filling what they had and owing me a balance they just didn't do it. And even with a drug plan this is the ONLY pharmacy I have ever had to pay for any prescriptions at. Will be switching pharmacies.

This is the closest Canada post location to me. I refuse to go here after multiple incidents and issues regarding my packages. People of Brantford, let’s leave this location to the elderly, it’s honestly worth your time to drive an extra few minutes to one of many Canada post locations in this city. Except this one...

This is the closest Canada Post location to me. I refuse to go here after multiple incidents and issues regarding my packages. WORST CUSTOMBER SERVICE EVER!!!! I highly reccomend going to a different Canada Post!
