All Weather Windows Ltd

All Weather had some warranty work to complete on a door that was installed in my new build. The individuals who did the work were great - they called beforehand to give me time to put my pets away and the space prepped for them. When the arrived, they were professional and overcame the challenge of wrangling the wind. They also were much quicker than they had expected. I was super happy with their service.

Was not a good experience at all!! Resolved in the eyes of the company I guess.Edit: Dec 17/21. First cold snap and there’s frosting and ice build up around the entire door. The breezeway side is just as bad and does not get opened this time of year. I’m expecting this very expensive door won’t last 5 years.

Ordered aluminum clad picture windows.... showed 1 1/2 inch slim line frame on the order sheet and that's what I received from them on my last picture windows I ordered in 2009.... windows showed up with 3 1/8 inch metal frames and they tell me that's what their picture window is now. HARDLY a picture window at all. Very unhappy with this product and they were willing to take no responsibility whatsoever as their view of a picture window is now contrary to the rest of the world.

Excellent customer service stopped in today to replace a piece of window brick mold and they went above and beyond for us!

Horrible service. Bought $30,000 worth of windows for new house. With-in a year, four of the windows got small hair line cracks. Contacted All Weather Windows and they took no responsibility, were rude and just hung up the phone. TED was the salesperson, horrible experience.

Had a cracked seal on one of our windows. Submitted a request on their website. Destiny was great, she contacted us the next day to have the window replaced under warranty. Installers did a fantastic job of replacing the window as well. I would strongly recommend based on the great customer service.

My Home is barely 1 year and few months, the window mechanism doesnt work well, and very difficult to completely close without air getting through the windows. last winter forcing the knob to get it completely close got it broken.all weather sent someone to look and fix it....but now in summer same thing, am afraid to force it to avoid the same situation.

Service above and beyond. They were able to provide me replacement parts for my windows and screens 12 years after we built our house and with little hassle. Highly recommended.

Bought a house in July 2022 that was built in 2016 and windows had been installed by All Weather Windows. One of the windows unfortunately cracked day before possession, and attempted for 3 weeks to get anyone at this location to call us back to even come out to give us a quote. Left multiple messages with Chris, with zero returned phone calls. Called reception multiple times explaining the situation and that we had not had one phone call returned, at which point they said there was nothing else they could do. Will be going to another business to have the window replaced and will not be recommending this business

DISAPPOINTING - Started building a cabin last fall. The windows and doors came on time and were installed by our framer. We contacted Regina all weather Windows explaining that we were missing a couple of cranks and one screen. When I talked to the representative we agreed that come out in April look at some of the windows had marks on them and deal with our issues. He told me that he would put it into his calendar and contact us in April which never happened. I ended up having to phone them in late May and was told then that they had forgotten about it and that no one would be able to come out to our cabin until July 16th. At that time I express my disappointment and how long this was taking. At this time I mentioned also that one of our seals on the inside had cracked and sent pictures. The representative said he would look at those pictures and get back to me but never did . I asked about the screen and if they would have it for us at that time. He said that he thought they could do that. The technician came out on July 16th what did the different things and did touch-ups were needed and helped us with the installation of a couple of patio door screens. It was a good experience but did not have the window screen that we are missing. At that time The technician said he would order the screen And it would take 1 to 2 weeks and then we would be called. This is a month later and I still have not been called. When you spend over $26000 on doors and windows you would think the company would respect you and your time. I am again trying to contact the Regina office which says it is temporarily closed. I am very disappointed in how they look after their customers after they make the sale.Shawn McCall
