Fairstone

Have had loans many times threw them never had a problem until now. Rude managers getting mad about questioning amounts being paid off of the loan.just wanting to understand the break down. Connie the manager doesn’t let you finish talking just talks over you so the conversation never gets anywhere. Refused to give me a number to her manager or higher up to call. There is still money unaccounted for and they have no plans on showing where it went. I can only assume after how angry the manager got after talking to them there is something shady going on. They say interest eats up any extra money paid on loans ?? Will be contacting better business bureau to see how to hold them accountable.

Kayla at the Regent location in Winnipeg was absolutely amazing. She was super friendly and fast. I highly recommend her!
