5 + + + Experience! I designed my own wedding logo and their input and feedback while I was making it made sure I had the best and highest quality image for them to work with. Once I ordered it the proof was back to me for comments and approval in record speed. I had the final product in under a week! Its beautiful and I cannot wait to share it with my family on our wedding invitations!

They had made an error with my order but promptly fixed it and replied to my concerns within minutes. They even offered for me not to send it back as it was their mistake. Really good customer service and the products are also really good quality!

Super disappointed with my custom wax seal. The laser engraving leaves a rough surface, and it's too shallow for the design, so the wax comes out looking like it was textured with a paper towel. Not at all what I expected, after looking at all the beautiful photos on their website. I called about a refund, and was told this is a known issue, and there's nothing they can do to fix it. (Could've let me know before making it.) On the up side, the Lilac Gray wax is beautiful.

My fiancé and I designed a custom wax seal stamp for our wedding, I am totally blown away! It turned out far better then I expected. I highly recommend!!!
