Cloverdale Paint

I forget the name of the lady who helped my husband and me today but she was GREAT! Super patient and helpful in helping us colour match a colour of wood staining. She even offered a refund if it wasn't a good match - luckily she picked the PERFECT colour. We've been trying to find a match for weeks and she did it.

Picked up some paint for my business & wasn’t sure how much or what I needed. Jeremy was very informative in helping me pick out the proper paint & tools for the job & made a project I was dreading easy peasy!

Grossly inflated prices! I made the mistake of buying an 18.9 litre container of Killz primer from Cloverdale for $184 (invoices attached) The exact same primer at Lowes was $122. Cloverdale is 50% more than Lowes! ....and this was after a supposed discount! Terrible uncompetitive pricing. Emailed them to ask why the big difference and got no response. Very bad experience shopping here...wont be back.

I had a similar experience to one of the people who gave the store 1 star. I visited the store twice and had a wildly unhelpful staff member (maybe Stacy too)? The only reason I gave two stars is that the young girl working there was very sweet. The first time I went there the staff member in question was weirdly rude and stressed. I asked to rent a paint sprayer and she said Yes we have them. You can't have one. You'll have to come back

good service nice people but you should not refer D j Powers to contractors or anyone Because he is not honest Person not qualified inspector not authorised or recognized by the city of calgary as an inspector the photos you see is shading lacguer and clear coat prepaired by cloverdale on 37 st because thats the the color the home owners wife picked and aproved it before was finished because her husband didnt like it Scot cloverdale salesman told me to contact DJ powers paint inspector to help me with the problem DJ powers told me he wasnt interested but 4 months later DJ powers did the inspection for the home owner on sep 2018 DJ powers and the home owner successfuly got a judgement against me for doing a terrible job according to DJ powers fake photos the judgement was appealed with a Lawer because DJs POwers photos dont much my work or the home oweners property BBB has the fake photos And DJ powers can show you his fake photos i like Scot to see the photos of my work and compaire it with Dj powers fake report Thank you

The most miserable unfriendly staff (except for Dave). Stacy and Jeremy make shopping at Cloverdale a horrible experience. They lack proper communicating skills with their clients and act always frustrated or so stressed out on the phone and in the store making it awful to deal with them. Not to mention complete lack of knowledge about the products that they sell. Never shopping at Cloverdale again after 17 years being a customer.

Great Place to buy your paint!! Melissa was exceptional and very knowledgable on product. Cloverdale Paint is very fortunate to have such a great employee working for them....My Renovation company will be shopping at Cloverdale Paint from now on. I have switched over.Best Regards, Suz D

You will have a good experience if you know how to paint and know the products and know what to order. But, if you rely on staff knowledge you will be out of luck.

Was here early May during covid-19 shut down. Staff was helpful considering they were only doing curbside. I needed some color swatches and the bin leftOutside was picked through. I called and they grabbed me a new one immediately. Didn’t feel like I was treated like and alien. Thank you!
