After going to Tillsonburg 5 times and the store being closed(within store hours) I finally manage to get there when they were open (after sitting out front waiting for 10 mins ast the sign on the door). The owner was completely rude to me right from the beginning I was bringing 3 hockey bags, 2 pairs of boys skates, elbow pads, jock shorts, shorts, shin pads and chest protector and he refused to do an even trade for a pair of girls skates and a chest protector, he asked me right away “what are you doing with that stuff?”he said he doesn’t trade in equipment, and that I would still would still owe money in the end after looking at everything. I said I bought everything from you in January.I equipped my 5 year old completely last year at his store with the understanding that he would at least take some equipment back. I would not recommend him to anyone. I paid over 100$ last year for second hand equipment and now I can’t even get a chest protector out of the deal. He said that some of the stuff I should just donate as I wasn’t worth anything. I was taken advantage of last year being a first time hockey mom. After he charged me for it in January of this year for crappy equipment that my 5 year old used it for 3 months. Better off buying new as I did as it fit better and went on easier.My boys are 5 and 7 and he has lost years of business from me. Be aware is all especially if it’s you first time equipping your child as you won’t realize how short the gear is until you start using it and try to sell/ trade it later.

George is amazing and no other place I will ever go for my sports needs. He is VERY honest, knows his stuff, has a kind heart and will always give the very best deal. I HIGHLY recommend (and have always referred people to go his way).

George is amazing, he knows so much about sports equipment and will provide you with first class customer service. I don’t often come across people who are so eager to help and are willing to go extra mile, specifically in retail. The employees in big brand stores are rarely this knowledgeable and don’t have the same drive to help, in some places they just want you to spend as much as possible. George on the other hand wants you to be equipped right for whatever sport you’re pursuing. I found him to be really honest and willing to spend his time explaining what you need to know about equipment you’re getting. I would recommend this place to everyone, especially beginners. I’ve shared my amazing experience with family in Toronto and they’re willing to come for a visit.

George is a very kind honest guy who knows his stuff. He was very helpful when my son was starting hockey for the first time, he knew exactly what he needed, and found me good quality used equipment for a decent price.

Great quality, great prices and excellent service. George always goes the extra mile. He helped outfit my class with helmets for sledge hockey and he outfits my children for soccer.

Gorge is very friendly and his stuff is pretty cheap as well. Hours ain't great but it works.

This amazing human named George needs 10 star rating . Fair , kindhearted stand up human being . He will go out of his way to tailor fit any type of sport equipment and has knowledge to boot !

My wife and I went to this store in search of ice skates for her, and if there were any available, a decent soccer ball. We recieved very friendly and knowledgeable service, and left with both items we were looking for. Prices were more than fair. We'll definitely shop here again.

This store has good stuff cheap! Nice place! if you are new to a sport the guy here knows what you need and he will tell you if he has what you want!
