Ordered and paid for our couch 11 months ago. Was told it would arrive in two months and took seven months. The couch showed up damaged. (The frame was so damaged the hide a bed will not function) My wife missed a day of work waiting around for a technician to show up and assess the damage. Three months later the parts finally arrived to repair it. Warranty services contacted us. The confirmed an appointment for today, so I had a family member drive an hour each way to stay at the house all day to let the technician in. No technician showed up. I called the customer care center and after spending 20 minutes going through their switch board and waiting on hold I was told they cancelled the appointment without zero contact or notice to us. The customer care operator informed me he would call me back this afternoon with a reason why the appointment was canceled and the ability to speak to management about their service. They did not call back... Never experienced such awful service for an expensive product.

Heather was extremely helpful and got us a couch quickly. very happy with the financing options as well! I wrote this post back in MAY and I still do not have my couch. I was originally told June 29th, then July 5th.then July 9th, then July 19th, and now it MAYBE will get to Saskatoon for the 22nd. This company is an absolute joke. We ordered this couch in MAY!!!

New appliances..furniture...accessories...beds etc...However i would have liked to have seen more furniture...very little couchs and love seat sets to look at....lots of empty space going on...hopefully they will be filling it up so you can actually have more choices to look at...customer service is always great

We've always received great customer service at this location. We've furnished 2 houses here and the products have also been excellent.

Was in a stressful situation to get a washer and dryer, had been without for a little bit. Was met with nothing but patience, understanding and kindness. Very happy with the customer service! Shout out to Heather!

Bought a couple chairs today, found them online.. called the store lady was super friendly and very helpful!!! I highly suggest going to pay her a visit.

Extremely disappointed in this place... the staff seemed very friendly at first, however, they have very poor customer service when one has a complaint and are quick to judge and blame instead of rectifying the situation.. once u bring an issue to their attention they are extremely rude and definitely do not speak to the customer in a professional manner.. product purchased was damaged and we took pictures to prove it was still in packaging.. they say we damaged it cuz my other half picked it up himself.. so, ya know he must have dropped it.. uumm not a chance.. ever heard of having someone there to help unload it??? Oh and nice generic response to ur reviews.. its the same response to every review as this company can't or won't actually take the time to reach out and rectify anything
