Jayme did my extension adjustment today and I haven't felt so confident in my stylist as I did with her! She really knows her stuff, has great recommendations and is just overall, an amazing human being. I am so glad I made the 2 hour drive for her services and already can't wait to be back! Thank you so SO much Jayme, for listening, understanding and having me leave with an ear to ear smile! I'm happier than I ever thought I could be, you rock!!!

I went in to get a haircut for the first time in awhile. Lenna cut my hair for me, and it turned out wonderful. I am so glad that she was available. She was fantastic from beginning to end, and I would highly recommend asking for her for any of your hair needs. Thanks again!

Ashley was awesome and so kind. My youngest daughter decided she had enough of her curly hair getting in her way, and gave herself a hair cut. Ashley was able to clean it up for her. She also used the most amazing leave in conditioner milkshake which smells amazing!! The salon is so clean and it’s a really cool salon. My older daughter definitely wants to go there for her next colour and cut.

Andrina is the only person I let touch my curls. Period. After moving from San Francisco and having the same stylist for 7+ years there (Deva trained), it was important to be to find someone really skilled in curly cuts. When I found Andrina, not only was it obvious she was highly skilled (also Deva trained), but she is seriously just such a joy to be around (hilarious, chill, warm, did I say hilarious?). I'm so glad I found her and she is truly a gem in this town! I so look forward to my cuts because she cares deeply about the work that she does and also takes the time to really understand what I want. If you have curls, Andrina is your girl.

This was my first visit to the salon and my first haircut with Yuliia. Yuliia is new to Canada having arrived from the Ukraine last year with her immediate family. I am attempting to grow my hair long after 4 years of wearing it short and shaved. I waited an additional 2 months before getting it cut because it was at that difficult stage where one usually just wants to give up and shave it all off. Today, Yuliia gave me the best precision cut that makes my hair look and feel amazing. I adore the mastery of the legendary Vidal Sassoon and she made it happen. Thank you so much. Can't wait to return!

This salon has been one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. Typically the front desk are rushed, the stylists over charge and the service is not great... well NOT AT IS. SALON! The front desk team are incredibly patient, explaining pricing and specific services, the stylists are extremely educated and take the time to understand your hair goals and pricing is completely fair. I love the fact they give you an itemized breakdown before the start of your service.I typically go to the Vancouver location but was up doing a wine tour in Kelowna and wanted to get my hair styled, and some hair extensions adjusted. Both locations are clean, bright, the music is great, the drinks are great and it's just such a warm and inviting place. There is zero judgement and I leave looking like a million bucks without spending a million bucks.This salon has been one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. Worst haircut ever by Brittany - so uneven and patchy. Kinda looks like a 10 year old cut my hair. Also it is at least an inch shorter than what I asked for.I went in the next day to request a refund, just because I don’t think it’s right to pay to look like this. Unfortunately the receptionist and management both said no refunds. They did offer to fix it but there’s really nothing to be done since I don’t want to go shorter. Not to mention I really don’t want them touching my hair again.Honestly a simple apology or ounce of sympathy would have gone a long way.

I had a great experience with Yuliia. She was able to dye my dark and thick hair a beautiful color without any problems. She also was able to give me some great tips on how to keep my hair looking good. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great hair stylist.

Lena is the best hairdresser ever. She honestly does a better job than a big majority of barbers/hairdressers out there. Very detail orientated and makes sure she delivers to your expectations every time. She will also put up a great conversation with you and make you feel very welcomed.
