The last 3 times we have gone to this location for supper (around 7) , they have been out of chicken. I get it being an hour until close, but I worked fast food for a decade and would get in so much trouble if we turned away customers because we did not want to cook more food 5 minutes before close. Not that I agreed, but the point is more than 30 minutes before it closes I should be able to get food.So very done with trying to get some at this point. Very much am not impressed

Really friendly staff and awesome food. They're chicken tenders were very tasty. I always enjoy eating here.

The chicken burger tasted very off. Pop was watered down, thought i was drinking toilet water.

They were ready for me when i ordered. Took my order, correctly the first time. The food was also way better then any other kfc location in the city!! Great job kfc regent keep up the hard work!!

Staff was quiet barely said a word except how overpriced it was. Chicken was teeny tiny and overcooked. Only one drum stuck and 4 wings in a 10 pc bucket one breast and some thighs. Way to greasy never again customers lost

Best KFC chicken in Fredericton! Had a family birthday celebration, placed a pickup order and everything was perfect! Sidney ( supervisor) made sure or meal was on time and made to perfection. Thanks for your outstanding service!

Not happy with the service I got yesterday. The girl on charge was not willing to help with what I was asking. It use to be a good place to go and use to go there alot but after yesterday I will think twice. Customer service should be the most important thing for a business. No customers no money. Very disappointed since this was my favorite kfc location in fredericton
