Had a terrible online pick up experience. When I initially arrived, the phone at the desk was doing an excess hold ring. Wouldn't be a problem if the pick up was quick. However, the lone clerk could not find the order that was reportedly ready before store opening two days prior. They asked me to wait for an associate to grab the in-stock items. Fast forward 30 minutes, nobody came with the items I could have grabbed myself in a few minutes. The phone was _still_ ringing, I saw various associates walking around the whole time, and the returns line was going to the entrance. I got fed up and asked them to cancel the pick up. Didn't bother buying the items, as I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I bought a Frigidaire wall oven combo and it was/is the worst experience ever from the Vendor (Electrolux)This is an 8 month saga which is not over yet. Home depot is trying to help but I believe they could/should do better with Electrolux as it is harming HD reputation.

Bought blinds for a newly built house from Home Depot in September 2020 and they broke in Mar 2021of usage. Called customer service and wait forever to get the answer and service. You will need to keep calling to have the repaire update. Finally, they fixed it in May 2021 (after 2 months). However it broke again in Sept 2021 (in 4 month, same same place). This time even worst, never have someone come to fix and they cannot provide the update. their after sale customer service is laughable. Don't expect any answer or follow up from them. If this is any representment of how they treat their customer, I do not recommend Home Depot for any kind of installation.***At their request, I have DMed them on December 14th 2022 and still have not heard back from them. I would strongly not recommend their services unless you want unresponsive customer service and poor products.

Staffs of the store service is inconsistent, someday you are being well treated, someday, like today, we are being bully. I saw a patio loveseat on sales at 29.97, unfortunately the online order was canceled due to out of stock. We then visit Greenfield Park store see if there is any available. Luckily, we found the extra item sitting at the garden stocking area, full of dust and a bit of crashed on the leg. We checked with both customer service at the counter as well as those on the floor. They both said it’s out of stock, I then asked if they are selling return item. I showed him the item and asked how much for the item. The guy said 20$, I further confirm it is a on sale item at 29.97, with the condition, will I get a better deal. Guess what ? He told me it’s 30$ now. I asked why, he said because you don’t like 20$ so I put back the price. In between, there was another gentleman came by as the store reps was loud and rude. They discussed in French and told me 20$ is final. If you are not taking we can sell it to someone else. He wrote me a piece of paper to pay at the cash. Cashier scanned the barcode, it’s 19.98. The price was reduced cause it’s a return damaged item. I felt so insulting throughout the entire process, we were being fool around for no reason.

One of the Home Depot worker walking down by the spray paint can aisle and he saw me that I had a can in my hand and I was kneeling down to look at the information on each cans. He accused me for using the spray paint on their racking and floors. and I specifically told him I didn't spray any" and he pointed at the paints already existed before I even arrived to that aisle. and told him again "It wasn't me"

Packed, couldn’t find staff to help me nor could I find the products I wanted. The selection of pressure treated wood was minimal and what was left was garbage. Shopped elsewhere. Disappointed.

Harvard department is amazing! If you order online you can pick up your good at the front desk. It may take a while though as the service is slow.

The man at the dishwasher section today was extremely patient and helpful with our dishwasher purchase.Ron who advised us for a BBQ machine and the compatible propane gas to go along was friendly and helpful without being intrusive.Most people working here seems happy and welcoming.What a joy to shop here.Thank you for these good people you have working in your store!
