Used this company and was most impressed. Booked and paid for a return ferry to keats. Service there was great. Had to cancel the return. Called the office Sunday and the attendant was polite and efficient. Told me i needed to call the office Monday to get a refund. Unfortunately, that often means trouble, but again the person who dealt with my call on Monday was great. Call took 30 seconds and refund confirmation was in my inbox 30 seconds after that. One if the better experiences I've had dealing with a company for a refund in a long while.

Went out to Gambier on a choppy day. The east side of the island was the original plan, but with water being so harsh we were offered to be dropped off on the west as it would be smoother ride. Little did I know they tacked on an extra $200 (round trip) without letting us know. They sold us on the idea and didn’t make us aware that there would be an extra cost. Nice enough guy manning the boat but not a very transparent experience. When I brought this up later with management I was rudely dismissed. Never again.

8 of us went to Anvil Island return today and were very impressed with the quality and efficiency of their service. I highly recommend Mercury water taxi.
