Friendly staff and somewhat efficient. I never recommend Purdys but since my girlfriends sister wanted chocolates and her husband was paying for it we didnt care about expense.Ask the staff if the chocolates are made with palm oil. Go ahead...ask. Then look at the prices.

Bought the largest and most expensive box of chocolates I could buy and they didn’t accept my $100 bill...said that there was not enough change in the cash register. What is this the ghetto?...won’t accept my large bills, and why isn’t there enough change in the cash register?...afraid of getting robbed on 4th Avenue in Kitsilano in the middle of the day??? Or is there something else going on here, maybe racial profiling...I am a person of colour.

I'm a big fan of the brand and this is one of the best chocolate I ever tasted. From the sweet georgia browns to the vegan bar, also from the kitchen collection are amazing. Make sure to ask for the deals they always have 3 for 15 or the almost perfect ones.

Last time when I had their ice cream bar, it was 15 years ago. And it still tastes as good as always. High quality chocolate and delicious ice cream filling.
