unprofessional, we had booked a viewing for a house he had listed using our realtor, he messaged our realtor 1/2 hour before our viewing saying the house is conditionally sold, which would be fine if he just recieved it.....however the knew the previous day and failed to inform our realtor. wasting my wife's time and pulling me away from work. this also is bad for his clients because a possible bidding could have driven up the price for his own clients.
