Great service, great selection of products for the pool and spa. The service/parts counters offer specialized and professional assistance. We enjoy going to this establishment and facilitates this mandatory trip to the store for supplies.

The best service. They are incredible and respectful. I had issues with my spa after the last rain/ ice storm in jan 2019. Nothing to do with them but they still came some 50km plus to my house to resolve the issue; twice at no charge! So I go see them for all my spa products. A matter of respect.

Best retail experience I had in years.The team is highly knowledgeable, the products they carry are for every needs/budgets and they offer service (which is much appreciated for someone like me).I bought a pump after mine failed. They first offered to fix it but I wanted a solution more permanent.Then they offered to replace it but without being pushy, they explained that the model I had was not so good and issues could return sooner than wished.We decided to upgrade for a better model, a technician was able to install in the following days (in June!).I am now a new loyal customer, no need to go elsewhere for your pool equipments.Thank you!

I had originally rated a 1 but spoke to the manager who is very professional and seems there was a miscommunication. They were very quick at resolving the issue, glad to see that they do care about their customers. Bought two items from them yesterday and will use them in the future.

The customer service and follow up is lacking. We purchased an item we were told was stock and would be delivered by June only to be called back to say there was a manufacturing problem and will only be August. If it was stock there should be no problem. We planned the rest of our yard work around the June delivery and now have to reschedule everything.We were able to resolve the issue with the store and get our deposit back.

Amazing service by Mathieu Belle-mare who could provide us help after the closing hours! It did not seem to bother him even after his shift to help his clients. I appreciate the welcoming behavior and will only operate with their incorporation!
