Great store and friendly staff. They try to get you up and running. Get your Stihl products there and repairs on most small engines, ATV's and Snowmobiles.A nice selection of clothes gloves and helmets.

Brutal service. Rented a backpack the night before sledding, for 3 days. Didn't use it, came back the next morning and the girl told me no refund. She asked the boss, he said a refund is fine, but she took it in her hands to still charge me $15 for the paper work she did. It would have taken less time to give me a full refund, but instead took 20 minutes for her to charge me the $15. I'm sorry, but that is terrible service. There was not much paper work, and I did not use the bag at all. They should be serving their customers, not laying a guilt trip or making a scene. The paper work was nothing and completely irrelevent. This was not an Av pack either, just a regular backpack with a shovel. Give me a break.

The staff that we dealt with was rude , confrontational and condescending. Ignorance at best really bad experience on more than one occasion.

Rented a back pack for 3 days. Only used 2 days. Didn’t mentioned there was no refund for returning early. I will not be renting anything from them again. $45 wasted! Hope you get the crabs!

Rented 2 snowmobiles and noticed extremely different check out and in process depending on which staff memeber we were with. Do not let them rush you through the belt inspection at check out like they did us. It cost my friend $300 due to a 4 long brown spot that we never would have had the opportunity to motice in the check out inspection. Ensure when you checking out a sled they show you exactly what a "burnt" belt looks like as opposed to a good one and take a very thurough look at the one your taking out. We truseted them too much and know there was nothing we did to burn a belt like driving with the park brake on or a stuck track like they kept telling us caused it. Do not trust "big mike" especialy at check out inspection."

Will not rent sleds here ever again and dont recommend anyone else to do so either! The check out inspection they do is completely rushed and I've come to the conclusion they do this with every customer regardless of the condition of the belt (which I assure you its definitely not a new one) they will claim it is trashed and it's your cost (280$.......RIP off) this is one of those gimmicks where they make their extra cash! So that being said 1 put of 10!!!!!!!

Good shop, friendly staff, good selection

Did a 4 hour atv tour up Mica Mountain with guide Morgan and was awesome. Good price about $200 per atv, well kept equipment, son's atv was brand new. They provided all equipment incli coveralls, helmet goggles. Guide assessed how strong our riding skills were and took us up a crazy cool trail with amazing views. Will be back.

Excellent place for you to get your parts for saws or sleds and rentals great service every time.
