The lady at the Purolator is very professional. I can tell she has passion for her work. She made me feel welcome and helped me with all my demands. I asked too many questions but she was very patient in answering all my questions. She also helped me with the self serve kiosk. Thank you.

If I have choice I will give them 0 star . Very unprofessional and rude front desk lady name Lindsey . Need a training how to speak to customer and how to be Polite . When spoken with her manager about my issue she said leave my store name Jessica . Seriously not recommended at all. Drive little far to get safe and Secure service . Still looking to find my package they have no answer. Trying to call fraud department and they all looking in to my case .

We were at Dorval location just a few minutes ago to return some items to Amazon. Sharon was amazing!!! She helped us figure out the best way to get the items in boxes. Not sure why Amazon returns receveived by this location are credited back so slow. I suspect they miss departure scan sometimes. They have friendly staff though.

The lady working at Purolator at 3 pm in Sept 24 was incredibly rude. Since it was busy she refused to print me a proof of shipping receipt. She spent more time refusing to give me proof than it would take to print the receipt which should be my right as a customer. Lack of customer obsession and professionalism. If you are the owner and need a customer testimonial to reprimand or fire this employee I am glad to come in person or on camera to vouch for how bad she is for your brand.

Very helpful nice girls I see every time I go in. I’m always running in around closing time which is amazingly 8pm for these guys and they always greet me with a smile and very helpful and nice to deal with. Never made me feel bad for running in last minute and they offer very fast service usually in and out in less than 5 minutes. A+++
