I wrote a review for Save On Used Tires around two years ago, and I'm happy to say that my positive experience has only continued since then. I've been a loyal customer for years now, visiting them twice a year for winter tires. The team at Save On Used Tires is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and they truly go above and beyond to ensure that their clients are satisfied.One of the things that sets Save On Used Tires apart is their own imported brand of tires. I have to say, I was a bit skeptical at first, but the quality of these tires is truly unbelievable given how affordable they are. They've held up incredibly well over the past two years, and I've had no issues with them whatsoever.Even though I live in North Vancouver, I always make the trip to Save On Used Tires because I know I can trust them to provide excellent service and high-quality products. They're truly committed to their clients, and that's evident in everything they do. I would highly recommend Save On Used Tires to anyone in the market for new or used tires - you won't be disappointed!

I had freshly detailed and painted rims brought in to get mounted on my truck. When they were done all the rims were scratched down to bare metal and absolutely ruined the paint. I brought it up and they tried to deny doing it and even tried to blame me. I brought pristine rims in and they came out looking like they were blended. I didn’t even get anything resembling an apology. Absolutely terrible service. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Less than a week later sidewall is cracking and air pouring out. Went back to ask what they could do and got no costumer care. Never buy tires from these people! Will sell you junk! Go to the tire shop around the corner. This place is I rip off compared to other tire shops in the area.

Today I met Bob of Save On Used Tires as I needed tire service. He was easy to deal with and very accommodating. The job was straightforward, therefore I was on my way in no time. His price was very fair. Highly recommended.Thank you Bob and Save On Used Tires!!

I have a BMW and needed my back tires changed. The tire tech broke the lock key and pretty much said oh can't do much seems the bolt was tight". I have had my tires changed for over 20 years and not once did I encounter this. The tire tech flat out told me to find someone else to fix the issue. Terrible customer service. Will never go back there again."

I was very happy with my experience there. I called them ahead of time to ask if they had my size tires they did and they were a reasonable price. So I went to go pick them up and didn't realize that they included installation in the cost. That is such a great deal I was so happy that they put the tires on for me at no extra cost.

Quick tire repair, effective and inexpensive. Excellent service and really helped us out. Highly recommend.

Good quick service, excellent price. Got some tires mounted and balanced. one of my wheels had a tonne of grease left on it that I had to wipe up when I got home.

I called this place to inquire about new tires and was given a quote for FARROAD Tires. The guy I spoke with told me he would need to order them and that they would arrive the next day so I could pass by the next day to install the tires. Before I left home the next day, I called to inquire if the tires had arrived and Jet told me yes I could come. After installation, I went to inspect the tires and lo and behold a different brand of tires called WINDA were what were installed. They claimed both brands were of similar quality but WINDA was a better brand but is changing what was agreed upon not the kind of information you NEED to share with your customer before you render services? The guy who installed the tires said he forgot to mention to me that he was installing something different, really?! If not because I looked at the tires before leaving, they would never have said anything, who knows, probably the next time I showed up with the tires, they could deny they ever did any works on my car because no one mentioned that they had installed a totally different brand. I really think what they did was very sneaky and I would not trust them. If you still want to go there, make sure you inspect what was done before you leave. They gave me a discount due to that but really transparency is how trust is built not on discounts! It was my first time there and I would definitely not go there again.
