A big thank you to Prosol for hosting the Inspector Training Course Apr. 17 -20th 2023. The training room they provided worked perfectly. It was an excellent facility, clean, airy and properly equipped with all the teaching and training aids.. The Prosol staff we encountered were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Thanks for the abundant supply of coffee. Kudos to Prosol for caring about the flooring industry and helping to make it better educated, trained and proffessional industry!

Easy to access any materials during covid. They make quite good discount on big purchases. I’d highly recommend visiting the store and comparing prices with other stores.

There is no price tag on any item they are selling it when choosing smt. To buy you have to ask the cashier to get price.Rather then that, good selection, i believe can be found anything related flooring, excellent wet saw cutters even dustless

This place is great! The store is on the side of the building, not the front as that's the office. It doesn't look like a walk thorough store but it is. You can pick up a trolly cart at the front on the way in. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful, especially Ray and Anita! They helped us set up an account, walked us through the shower system and then helped us buy the right products! They never once made us feel like we should know everything about renovation before hand. They even gave us string to tie down our stuff to the truck! Great professional customer service! I'm so glad we found this place!

Great place for a contractor to get all their tile needs. The staff here is amazing and always go the extra mile to help out. The staff is very knowledgeable.

The worst place I have worked for ever. The director is highly incompetent and rude. Working at a factory is way better than this place. The workplace is extremely toxic. They don't value people at all. Poorly run company.

Great products, but my god do you ever have to wait forever while a bunch of employees fool around talking. An hour for only a few bags of grout is way too long, especially when you're only one of two customers there. They could have told me where it was in the warehouse and it would've taken 55 minutes less. Not the first time it's happened either. Might as well go to the Scarborough location, much quicker there
