We have had two property line surveys done by Jonkers Land Surveyors now. One a year or two ago to find the line between our yard and an empty neighboring yard. Then this week to mark the rest of our yard so we can install a fence. Both times, I was super impressed with their professionalism, friendliness, and price. They are quick to come out, communicative from beginning to end, and are just kind and respectful people.I was recommended this company by someone who said “Yonkers is the best.” I would agree with that. I don’t have any more land to survey, but if I move and need anything in the future, they are who I’ll be calling.

We had a boundary survey done on our house. He arrived and quickly got to work. In spite of a difficult situation with a neighbor, he remained calm and gracious. He included a few site markers in addition to the corner property stakes. He was fast and very friendly. We will use Jonker again for sure!
