I started going to Kara for acupuncture and it’s been nothing but an absolute delight. I was very nervous on my first visits but Kara made me very comfortable. She is not only a great professional but genuinely cares about you. I felt so relaxed, the acupuncture can make me fall asleep. She also has great communication skills. I’m very very happy we’ve met. The clinic is also very lovely, and warm treatment rooms are just what you need. It’s one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had.Highly recommend seeing Kara for acupuncture.

We are sad to leave Danielle and Jenny they're skilled, lots of hand techniques and very professional.It's just that we had a cancellation fee problem, I don't wanna put fingers whom to blame they are all amazing. God bless everyone

(Read this whole review): Do me a favour and do not book with Beth. She is too good of a massage therapist- talented, considerate, intuitive, focused and easygoing - and the more people who book with her, the less time she will have for me! ;) But really, time is abundant and she really is great. If I was a millionaire I’d hire her every week! Her therapy work on my muscle tightness, imbalances and poor posture made my evening. The receptionist is lovely too.

I have been seeing Pheonix for acupuncture to relieve pregnancy symptoms, and she has been absolutely amazing. Before I found her, I tried acupuncture with another clinic, and had a horrible experience: no relief, no discussion with the acupuncturist about whether it was actually helping, and rough treatment that left me crying every time. The difference with Pheonix has been like night and day. Every session starts with a discussion about how I'm feeling and what I want to focus on. Every session, I feel like I have her complete attention. Instead of just walking around me sticking needles in me, she asks questions, checking that I am alright with each new needle placement. The best part, however, has been the revelation that there is more to her treatments than needles. Pheonix has been able to relieve the pregnancy-related numbness in my hands through laser therapy, without putting any needles in my hands. I could not be any happier to have found her.

The atmosphere within the whole clinic is so calm and comforting. The receptionists are always so kind and welcoming and always willing to answer questions! I’ve gone to see Chris (RMT) a handful of times and plan to continue going monthly. I can not express how appreciative I am of Chris and how much he cares about ensuring his clients feel comfortable and safe. Can not recommend this clinic enough!

Meg takes the time to ensure your comfort and understanding on what the treatment entails. She communicates clearly, and makes the entire process feel safe and therapeutic. I have been seeing Chris Rolleman for massage and I cannot speak highly enough on his level of expertise, warmth, and his method of treatment. He takes the time to ensure there is comfortability and understanding on what the treatment entails, communicates clearly, and makes the entire process feel safe and therapeutic. I highly recommend Chris for anyone who has been in an accident and is living with residual effects, or for anyone who is looking for long term improvement in mobility. He is an absolute gem of a human.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for two years now and have benefited from so many clinicians.Last year I fractured a vertebrae and had a compressed disc and Max saw me every 6 weeks and helped rehabilitate with his work and home exercises.I now see Dr . Spencer as a naturopath and she’s phenominal. Very attentive and truly committed to you as a patient.But today - TODAY - I saw Chris for a massage and it was so good I felt like I was on a different planet. His unique style was unlike anything I’ve experienced and it was transformative. As somebody recovering from a broken hand he delicately, yet meticulously , delivered the most divine treatment.
