Actually - it is Cathy Collins. This is the worst service I have ever had at a Tim Hortons - if I could give no stars I would.... drive through was almost around the entire store so went inside - 2 people who had just finished their order & had to wait 10 mins. for their food.... next - the two ladies took forever getting their food - and it ended up wrong (so a do over) The next man and myself took only moments to order but for mine the cook took the last 2 muffins, 1 of which I wanted and the cook heard this.... again waited 5 more mins for the cook to fill a couple of trays of muffins then finally the waiters gave me my muffin.... I left the store with my hands full but as I went to get into my car the top came off my coffee and almost the entire coffee spilled onto my seat. EXASPERATED TO SAY THE LEAST!!!

I wish they didn't close their doors so early so I can still get a coffee at a decent hour... DOORS! DOORS! I know the drive through is open so I don't.. I don't need that reply from the owner again and again. I don't drive, I'm not ALLOWED to drive but I should be allowed to go in and get a coffee after eight or nine.

We are currently waiting upwards of 20 minutes for two coffees and a bagel at this location. This is just as bad as the Dundas location these double locations are becoming an absolute joke and are not worth it. We will be going to McDonald's from now on for our coffee needs. You shouldn't be late for an appointment when you left enough time to get a coffee. Adding 15 minutes to your travel time to get a coffee should be more than enough and in this case it wasn't.

Asked for a large coffee only 2 sugars got 2 cream went inside and told them they made me a fresh double double different tims is is communication just not there .

Love Tim Hortons like the next person, but whats with consistency between stores. Why does my 3c 2s never taste the same, minus at one store on Canifton Rd. I just dont get it.

This is probably the cleanest timmies of ALL. Management is not real well with their workers though... I would know, i worked there for a short while. However, as a customer-my experience is non short of and no better then OK

Drive thru service tonight was cold. No acknowledgement at all. Just tapped card, handed drink. Coffee was water down. Back on the 401 .
