Two days ago, I visited their store to purchase five thousand euros. The staff member provided me with the exchange rate and the amount I needed to pay. I asked them to hold the euros for me while I stepped out to arrange for the payment. However, when I returned with the money, the staff member informed me that they did not have any euros available. This was despite them previously indicating that they had a sufficient stock of euros. This was very unprofessional and inconvenient as I needed the euros urgently for my travel.

Went here today to get Mexican peso. There are two other currency exchanges within about a 2 min walk from here. The rate here was much better then both other options (200-500 peso difference) this saved me about 35$ Canadian. Fast and friendly service. Would recommend.

Unfortunately we didn’t have a good experience with them. They changed their rate while we had agreed with them. So I found them untrustworthy, disloyal and unprofessional. They imposed us a financial loss since we hade to exchange later with a higher rate. I would not recommend them since I found working with them quite risky specially if you want to transfer a significant amount of money. We had to change our exchange shop. This was our personal experince with Vanex Exchange.
