We used mermaid limo for our sons wedding, it was a seamless process and great experience and I really appreciate our driver Nick who waited an extra 20 minutes for us as we were running late!Will definitely use again :)

We book airport limo for 18 people and the driver didn't showed up!!! Don't use them!!! They didn't even call to discuss! I hope they will be out of business soon so no one will have the no show experience! Can't believe they still have a business in Canada!

Booked my bachelor party last minute with mermaid and it was great, no complaints whatsoever. Our driver was Pierre and he was very professional and entertained us the whole ride.Already booked my wedding with mermaid!

The driver was very polite and arrived on time, half way through the trip, I requested a bathroom break and he got off the very next exit. Smooth and comfortable ride.

I had great experience with Mermaid Limo Services. Excellent service throughout, the initial call was with the owner who is very professional and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone interested in receiving a reliable service. Our driver Dan was very pleasant and professional as well, will be requesting him again for another service reserved this week.

Quite possibly the worst limo experience in my life. The driver left 18 passengers out front of a night club in a snow storm and -23 weather last night. We were told to be out front at 2:00 am and every 15 minutes past 2:00 am would be an additional 15 dollar charge. We walked out of the night club as a group at 2:15 am when it shut down and as we approached the limo bus the drive started driving away. One of the passengers took a photo of the limo leaving with the 2:15 am time stamp. The women in the group were freezing cold. We all ended up having to take cabs back to Oakville and Burlington at an additional $300-$400 dollars between our group. I would stay away from this company.
