I bought a vehicle 9 months ago from Truck and Car in Aberfoyle. When I went to sign the papers I was charged with an extra $500 finance charge since Truck and Car used another dealership across the street to do the financing.At this point, I should have walked out and said keep the truck. This was the first time in the whole process they brought up the additional $500 in finance charge.Once I got the truck it broke down 3 times in the first month. They repaired it and charged me $800 telling me the CAA technician burned the alternator when he tried charging the battery and ruined the fuel pump as well.The fourth time it broke down they sent it to the local ford dealership only to find out the kill switch that protects the truck from catching fire if it flips was broken. Then they asked me to split the $150 bill they got from the ford dealership.When I bought the truck I was promised a 1 year warranty from Coast to Coast. I still haven`t received it.6 weeks ago I contacted them via email to find out where my warranty was.After a few emails promising to hound coast to coast I have still heard nothing and received nothing.At this point, I`m a week away from contacting the better business bureau of Ontario and lodging a complaint.

Bought a 2006 wester star low max! Amazing sales, service and leasing all under one roof. Included all new drums brakes and warranty. Felt confident and comfortable buying a pre émission truck. Thanks garry!!

If possible I give a 0 star rating this place has no loyalty to customer service. You are treated good until you pay them then you are nobody so if you feel like being treated like nobody call them the worst I ever been treated after a sale. Would not recommend to anybody

I bought a car from truck and car, Mini Cooper biggest mistake. Placed $500 then they let me drive the car for a week to see how it was within the first night cause I wanted to cruise in it as much as possible since I just got it and the engine light goes on and the ! With the triangle around it, so I bring it in they keep it for like 3-4 days then have the put a new" engine in they said yet the car had a jolt when slowing down and the Mini Cooper was a automatic btw. So then I get it back so second week with the car all though I didn't have the car for 4 days

I live in Michigan and I bought a semi truck from these guys and they are amazing, they explained the process and helped be my email and phone thank you Garry you are very honest and straight forward. They imported the semi truck and received all paperwork needed to plate it in USA. I recommend anyone that’s buying from USA to not worry they are honest and no hidden fees or anything else.

RUN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. DONT WALK. TRUST MEI drove 4hrs to check out a Toyota rav 4. was in contact with Dee ( I guess the owner) the whole way down. finally get to the dealership and want to check out vehicle and take for a test drive. Dee informed me that I cannot take this vehicle for a test drive because he only had 1 dealer plate in which was apparently with a BMW THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE TEST DRIVEN THE NEXT DAY. HE TOLD US THIS AFTER WE ARRIVED AFTER DRIVING 4HRS TO THIS DEALERSHIP.Was going to put $1000.00 dollars down on my purchase and asked him if I have any problems whatsoever do I get the money back. to make a long story short he said he will not refund my money if anything fails ( financing etc.)I decided not to put any money down but decided to proceed with the sale. I asked him to email me the bill of sale so I can provide it to my financing company to get the money.I phoned the dealership the next day to ask where the bill of sale was. he replied to me saying a whole bunch of crap in regard to " I didn't have time. I have been busy working on customers cars and I work 7 seven days a week and I deserve a break bla bla bla"I then asked him if this vehicle has had any transmission issues and he replied to me " I don't know. im not the owner" but then proceeded to tell me again that " the vehicle has been serviced at my shop for years".But yet has no clue about tranny issue. ( I asked him because this imparticualar year of rav4 has had really bad tranny issues). in which now makes sense why he would NOT let me test drive it. What kinda dealership only has one set of dealer plates and wont let u test drive a vehicle cuz apparently they are out for a test drive the next day.After being rude and obligerant from the get go
