I wanted to buy a new mobile phone but I waited more than an hour for my turn and I chose to go to another store later, if you can't handle more customers don't tell them to wait 5 minutes. This is a waste of customers' time

Too small to have required staff. Was rhere for Black Friday. Customers were lined up. Staff member was doing his best.

Excellent service!! Our family had 4 phones to upgrade and added another phone. The two gentlemen, working in the mobile shop, assisted us in a friendly manner. They worked quickly while still greeting and helping other customers. Awesome customer service!!! Extra bonus, we received $630 towards groceries and free cases for our phones. Thank you to the two wonderful gentlemen for helping us. We were there on April 22, 2019.

Sukhmanjeet S offered EXCEPTIONAL service. He identified my options to me in offering numerous possible solutions and left it up to me to choose. He even let me use the phone so that I could call Rogers to activate the line now that I had purchased a SIMCARD from him...he was polite and calm and multitasker and never rushed me or the other client who was in the store at the time. Sukhmanjeet went well beyond his obligations not only by granting me permission to use his phone but also by installing my SIMCARD for me in my tablet. He really knew what he was doing and I would absolutely recommend The Mobile Shop! Thank you! 5 Star Service?

Had a very good experience buying a phone.. Yash was the one who helped me out, offered me the best plan and also provided great customer service. Even though they didn't had the phone which I needed but completed my activation and made my day easier. Thank you for the great help..

I would rate this experience 0 stars out of 5 because it was extremely disappointing. I am even willing to provide the names of the employees who were involved in my bad experience if the higher-ups want to investigate further.Firstly, the person who was explaining the plan had no knowledge about it and couldn't provide any explanation. They even attempted to pull my credit history, but it was unsuccessful the first time. They didn't even bother to ask me before trying again, which was frustrating. I mean, why can't you simply ask your customers and try pulling the credit history again?When I expressed that I didn't want to proceed with that particular company, there were two other experienced employees present who seemed completely uninterested in helping me with my problem. After requesting assistance from one of them, they tried again with the same company where my initial request had been rejected without pulling my credit history for the third time. When I asked them if it was possible to obtain the same thing without pulling the history twice, they simply apologized without offering any solutions. I have no use for their apologies.But it doesn't end there. After receiving my phone, I discovered that they had forgotten to include a new SIM card in the bag. When I called them, they didn't even apologize and instead instructed me to come back and bring the card myself. Seriously? I explained that I couldn't come and it was already almost 8 o'clock. I asked them to ship it to my home, but the person on the call gave me the employee's phone number and told me to talk to them directly. If I have to talk to them directly, then what's the point of having customer service there? To make matters worse, they closed the shop without even shipping the SIM card to my home as promised.The next morning, I went back to the shop and the same person apologized, saying they had forgotten to include the SIM card in the bag. This was the worst experience I have ever had, and it still bothers me to this day.if any of there higher department want to rich back too me let me know i can complain further.
