Home Depot uses this contractor for installations. We paid for a dishwasher and microwave vent install, they showed up and told us they couldn’t do the microwave and wanted more money for the dishwasher installation. We asked them to leave.

Did four toilet installation and took essential part away from two perfectly functioning bidet. Phoned them afterwards and promised to return the part and never did. After that they have stopped responding calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

OMG, their service is like the service you get in 3rd world countries. They give you a time slot for the guys to show up and they don't. You can call them only until noon because after that nobody answers the phone nor calls you back. So if you happen to call them just before noon and let them know that the guys have not arrived then they give you another time slot. You wait for another 5 hours and nobody shows up. You try calling them but to no avail. You somehow manage to get ahold of them thru the store from which you have bought your appliance. They tell the store person that they will be delayed by 20 minutes. 20 minutes pass by and nobody shows up. You call back the store and inform them. The guys call back and ask you if you can reschedule. If you put your foot down then they say that they will be delayed by another 25 minutes. They finally arrive and do a shoddy job in les than 30 minutes. What a joke! They charge you the same amount as any other service business but they do not deliver. You wait for them for about 10 hours.

Installed a dishwasher drain hose through the middle of a kitchen cupboard. Amateur work at best. The hose is now under a lazy Susan. The friction from it will quickly damage the hose. This is after we agreed on a different placement for the hose. Disappointing.
