Tile Town

The only place to buy tile for the do-it-yourselfers . Bob is a great source for advice, information, and hints. The free tool lending service they have at this place is a nice bonus too. Highly recommended.

I am not one to leave poor reviews but I have not had a good experience. I came in to the showroom in January after doing a ton of research on companies in London who do and sell tile.Tile town has the best google rating and dozens of fantastic reviews I was sold. Honestly wasn't even getting more quotes as I think good service is worth paying for.I came in in January spoke to the folks there picked out tile and booked an estimate for someone to follow up with a date. No one called. I came back on person to ask again to have someone call me. I was told three days someone.will get back to you. It was a week and a half before I got that call.I booked my estimate (almost 2 months after my first visit) nice guy came in did.my measurements said I'd get an estimate that week. No one called back after the estimator arrived.Got to say guys maybe your system needs an evaluation with how the process works. Random names on random papers floating around is not going to get my business. Pretty disappointed.

I could talk about the great selection, awesome pricing, and knowledgeable staff, but what really does it is that I can send my girlfriend in to grab something for me, or pick something out, and they just treat her the same way they treat me.

Lots of selection, very friendly and helpful service! Nice that they lend out equipment as well!!

You really went above and beyond with your level of customer service and my wife and I love our new backsplash.You have gained a life long customer and I will be highly recommending you to anyone who will listen.Thanks again!--------------------------This review is a long time in coming, we bought the tile over a year ago but I've just been too busy to review before now.Initially our experience was great. The staff was very helpful and we got a great deal on marble backsplash tie. Because they were sheets it was a bit of work to separate the garbage tiles from the good ones but we knew that going into it.The reason why these guys are getting a 1 star review from us is because we also bought the adhesive from the same guys. This was a DIY project and we are fairly inexperienced so we asked them what mortar we should use, they recommended some stuff and we bought it, trusting in their judgement. It wasn't until after we had the backsplach up in our kitchen and the color of the mortar started to bleed through that we realized the horrible mistake; marble is highly porous so the mortar should have been white, not colored. Now we have to look at this mistake every day.

Tile Town was a great company to use for our bathroom reno. I dealt with Bob and Dennis at the shop. They were both very professional and helpful. Phil did our install and was very precise, took his time. He did not rush the work. Our bathroom turned out amazing. Would highly recommend Tile Town for purchase of product and install services !

I am so impressed with the service and selection at Tile Town. I was greeted by name when I came to pick up a small tile order after only having been in once before. While there, I witness each customer being called by name as they walked in. Regulars or not, this is not the kind of service you get at a big box store. The two gentlemen working were very helpful and friendly. Keep up the excellent work!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company! They have a great selection, really reasonable prices, and seriously helpful staff. They were able to answer all my questions for completing my job to condo standards. Additionally when I went in to place a second order, someone noticed a discrepancy between the system price and that on the sample and offered to adjust the price for me after the fact so that it was the sample price which was cheaper! How amazing is that for service?! I'd recommend them to anybody. Awesome!

Great selection. Same price or better than big box competition. What sets them apart is customer service. They lent me a couple tiles to bring home and visualize. Also, lent me equipment to do the job saving me $$. And gave some really great tips.Absolutely recommend!

Fantastic service! Great selection.There was a mistake with the tile colour ordered. It did not match the sample. We didn’t notice until after it was partially installed. They offered to fully refunded us for all the tile and grout even though we only returned part of the order. No questions asked.You need to buy your tile here!
