Please update your hours. Drove quite a ways to have a nice day in Stratford. Unfortunately, a family member was left without food to eat. We went during business hours (and a sign out front said that they were supposed to be open) and the door was locked. Another business stated this place is closed and for sale. Very disappointing.

My Mom and I came up last year and stumbled upon this amazing vegan restaurant. We ate almost exclusively here when we come up to Stratford because the food is so creative and delicious. If you are vegan or want to try food that is clearly made from real food this is one of the best places to go. Everyone is friendly and the owner, Heather, is always delightful to see!

My review is long overdue……I eat here often and the takeout order menu during shutdowns have kept me sane and healthy. The food is fresh, uniquely created and delicious. Baked oatmeal with interesting flavour blends have been delighting me for a long time. Heather’s cheesecakes will undoubtedly become world-famous. The creator, owner is always there and her staff is attentive and caring!

The owner is very friendly. We had coconut green curry with rice. The flavors were great and the rice was done perfectly.We also tried apple oatmeal squares. These were delicious. I highly recommend these.If you like chocolate, the chocolate brownies are to die for.Bottom line: if you want delicious vegan fare, this will not disappoint.

My husband and I were at Grounded for dinner on Friday , October 4, 2019. We are vegans and we were delighted to see this vegan restaurant at Stratford. We enjoyed our meal there. It was very delicious. We had their peach cheese cake for dessert with black tea specially blended for Grounded. This was a superb treat for us. Heather was very pleasant and friendly.

Fantastic Find on my first trip to this beautiful little city!Hard to pick just one meal, so I will probably be back before leaving town!Delectable & Fresh, highly recommend!

The food is amazing, the staff are fantastic, the entire restaurant is wonderfully decorated. Be warned though, the fun tunes they play will make you want to dance while you eat. I highly recommend this place, don't miss out!
