I used this company to replace our kitchen sink and faucet. The guy they sent took too long and cost too much. Also, he was rude. He did not acknowledge me when speaking with my husband and I. I was the one who arranged the appointment. I would not use them again.

Daryl and Daryl arrived on time and explained everything. They corrected my issue quickly (more work to be done in new year) and now I don’t have to worry about it over the holidays. Thank you very much.

Just want to say that we have dealt with Laidman Plumbing a number of times over the years. We usually have Daryl and an apprentice...this time it was Bryan.We love this company and Daryl. Always very professional. Explains everything out very well. Very friendly. Knowledgeable and reasonably priced We will always call them if we have any plumbing issues. This company was recommended by a friend. I called them to come and assess a situation regarding my sump pump and water pressure. I spoke with Holly who is very professional and polite and she sent a plumber named Daryl to assess the problem.Daryl was on time, professional and very knowledgeable within his field. He quickly diagnosed the issues and replaced my sump pump, fixed the back up sump pump and replaced my water tank.He thoroughly explained what the issues were and if it wasn’t for him, I would have had major issues.Thank you for a job well done! Darryl installed a shower base for me. He arrived as scheduled and was very pleasant to deal with. After reviewing the issues with him, he proceeded to do the job in short order. He was innovative in dealing with the issues and I was extremely pleased with the finished product. Darryl is a real asset to the Elwood Laidman company and I would never hesitate to have him and his company do any future work for me.

We had an issue with our pressure tank and received a same day service call...actually within the hour. The plumber Chris was very friendly, knowledgeable and immediately recognized the problem. He corrected it and also professionally installed a new sump pump that I had while he was here. Speedy, professional and fair priced. We will definitely use their services again. Recently moved to a rural property from the city, and had a steep learning curve when it came to cisterns and the pumps/filters that come with them.
