I've been a customer of this salon and my stylist mark for over 18 years now. People here are like friends ,comfortable to spend time with ,but always quality professional service ,at affordable prices .

Was shopping next door so popped in to ask about future services/prices/availability. A very pleasant/friendly gentleman was styling a client, so suggested I come back later as he was booked up & his colleague was on lunch. Came back & (instead of politely advising they were not taking on new clients) an extremely arrogant woman (in a very condescending tone) asked if she could help me. When i advise her that i am new to the area & politely ask for a business card, she gleefully advises me that NONE of the stylists in Cornwall are taking on new customers" (exaggerated pause for emphasis accompanied by death glare & pained smile) but (much as she'd like to) she can't refuse my card request if i REEEEEEALLY want one?! I was taken aback & unsure if i was reading the situation correctly as i had been cordial & polite

Marc has been doing my hair for years, but Iove the whole gang, Paul takes amazing care of my mum.It isnt just a hair appointment it's an experience, I love going in to be pampered,I highly recommend this place for all ages
